Amazing stay! Friendly staff, clean, comfortable rooms, great location near 7-Eleven, shops, and bars. You wouldn’t even notice the 1 km walk to the beach because the street is full of amazing spots. Highly recommend and can’t wait to stay longer next time!

Hotel kecil yang ramah 2 menit dari jalan utama jauh dari kebisingan! Lingkungan yang bagus dengan pemandangan gunung dari kamar! Terletak 20 menit berjalan kaki dari Pantai Ao Nang. Kamarnya sangat bagus, hangat dan nyaman! Kolam renang kecil untuk bersantai! Sarapan ekstra dan bervariasi! Staf penuh perhatian, sangat ramah! Pasar malam berjarak 5 menit berjalan kaki! Sempurna!

I strongly advise giving this hotel a try for yourself to understand what i mean. I adored this hotel because of its cozy atmosphere and lovely interior decor. Even the rooftop area was tastefully designed and renovated, demonstrating the level of care the hotel has taken. The receptionists were incredibly cordial and welcoming. My family and i stayed in a studio room with a terrace who had personally signed letters to welcome visitors. Visitors could even use beach shorts and beach dresses in the rooms if they visited the nearby ao nang beach. The rooms included bathrobes and thoughtful herbal soaps.

We had only positive experiences overall and specifically related to our 5 day stay at LaRio Hotel. The hotel itself is new, very well designed with particular attention to detail. Everything in the fridge was complimentary which was great for the kids! The A/C ran cold, the shower was hot, the room was clean, everything worked! We had an adjoining room and one of them had a bunk bed which was perfect for our kids. We even needed an extra bed in the kids' room which fit nicely. The staff was very helpful and we had no trouble communicating with them in English. Breakfast was great -- with fried rice, eggs, fruits, bread, juices and coffee/tea. A very convenient and tasty was to start the day. We didn't use the pool although it looked inviting. The hotel itself is off the main road which was perfect -- no road noise but were less than a minute from restaurants and shops. Finding a tuk-tuk was not difficult although we did walk down to Ao Nang beach most of the time. The hotel has a shuttle service a few times during the day which would be convenient. The one time we considered using it Uma (General Manager) graciously drove us further than the shuttle would have to Riley beach. We were able to get laundry done easily with the front desk where they arranged to have it sent out. The staff at the front desk was knowledgeable about the area and the available activities. They arranged transportation back to the airport after we checked out with a good taxi service.

from check in to check out we were super impressed with the service here. hotel staff are VERY friendly, helpful and always smiling. room was fantastic - very comfortable. we missed our original night here because our flight was delayed but the hotel was accommodating and tried to sort out another night for us as a swap which was really kind of them and they upgraded our room and we spent the evening in the tub on the balcony! breakfast was really good too and the lady sorted our boat ferry transfer to our onward destination without any drama. best service in krabi - a lot of other places it was less than average!

We had an enjoyable stay in the hotel which is walking distance to Ao Nang beach. Along the way there's many restaurants, cafes and shops. The hotel is clean and cozy. The breakfast provided is great although not much varieties.

Kami tinggal 10 hari dan mereka tidak pernah membersihkan kamar kecuali Anda memintanya (saya pikir dua kali) dan ketika seorang wanita pembersih pulang, dia mencuri airpod suami saya (nilai dan $200) dan ketika kami bertanya dengan menunjukkan lokasi kamar AirPods ke resepsionis, satu-satunya respons yang kami dapatkan adalah (periksa lagi di kamar) dengan nada kasar! Jika Anda mengambil kamar kami (403), bersiaplah menghabiskan seluruh masa tinggal Anda dalam bau selokan. Pada akhirnya, satu-satunya hal positif adalah kebaikan resepsionis muda. SAYA TIDAK MENYA!

My family and i have been to krabi and stay here for 2 nights. The staff is very nice. Maliwanraparit is the name of the staff. The breakfast is also very polite. The hotel is nice. The swimming pool is also great. We love this hotel.

A little more expensive, but definitely worth the money. Service greatly exceeded its range of included tasks to make us happy, but their english is improvable. The rooms are as clean as they can be and made every day, including fresh beach towels if you ask or an umbrella when it rains. A little spa included, great breakfast! About 1 km from ao nang beach where all the boats go to the different beaches.

We had a great time at lario. The hotel is close to almost everything in town, the night markets, and the beach, and the rooms were quite excellent for the price. The front desk staff was really kind, spoke excellent english, and offered bike rentals. The personnel was very understanding of our delay and had everything ready when we arrived. Had a great time! The personnel was also kind enough to reserve us a van for our early morning flight at 5 a. M.

Excellent value for money. The sea is a 40minute walk away from this affordable hotel. Despite being relatively new, the rooms appear clean and fresh. We didnt mind the location because we rented a car. The air conditioning operated correctly.

The hotel is in a good location and looks good. The staff is friendly. Room housekeeping needs major improvement. The tv needs cleaning, the window in the bathroom also needs cleaning and the tiles are covered in toothpaste. I did it with a foot towel in 3 minutes and now its perfectly clean with water. The sheets are also a bit worn but still clean. The room was sprayed with toilet air freshener why! Had to air it out for an hour so i could breathe.
