☆ No smoking inside the room. The 3000 Baht fine will be imposed for smoking (smoking area is on the G floor outside the property)
☆ No pet allowed, No illegal substance use, No excessive noise after 10 p.m.
☆ Please keep the house clean and tidy. Switch electric appliance/ power outlet off when it not in use.
☆ Please read an instruction to use home appliance provided nearby (For TV, Washing machine, Electric stove, Hot water and etc.)
☆ Any material loss or damage by guest may be charged per Airbnb policy
Garbage rule (highly appreciated your kindly co-operation)
☆ Please take out garbage to the bin provided at G floor entrance once you check-out
☆ For General waste trash in pink bag
☆ For recycle waste trash in green bag
☆ For left over food or smell garbage, please trash out daily
☆ Please dispose plastic and glass bottle seperately
☆ Refil trash bags are provided at kitchen drawer
