Pengalaman menginap di hotel ini benar-benar memberikan kesan yang sangat positif dan menyenangkan dari awal hingga akhir. Sejak pertama kali tiba di area hotel, suasana yang nyaman dan tertata rapi sudah langsung terasa. Area lobi terlihat bersih, luas, dan memiliki desain interior yang elegan namun tetap hangat, sehingga membuat tamu merasa disambut dengan baik. Proses check-in berjalan lancar dan cepat, didukung oleh staf resepsionis yang ramah, sopan, dan profesional. Mereka menjelaskan informasi hotel dengan jelas serta siap membantu jika ada kebutuhan tambahan. Kamar yang saya tempati sangat memuaskan. Kebersihan kamar terjaga dengan sangat baik, mulai dari lantai, tempat tidur, hingga kamar mandi. Tempat tidur terasa empuk dan nyaman, dengan sprei serta bantal yang bersih dan wangi, sehingga kualitas tidur menjadi sangat baik. Tata letak kamar juga dirancang dengan rapi dan fungsional, memberikan ruang yang cukup untuk bergerak dan menyimpan barang bawaan. Pencahayaan kamar pas, tidak terlalu terang maupun redup, sehingga menciptakan suasana yang nyaman untuk beristirahat. Fasilitas di dalam kamar sangat lengkap dan berfungsi dengan baik. Pendingin ruangan bekerja optimal dengan suhu yang mudah diatur sesuai kebutuhan. Televisi menyediakan berbagai pilihan saluran yang menarik, sementara koneksi Wi-Fi stabil dan cukup cepat, sangat mendukung baik untuk hiburan maupun keperluan kerja.
