This place is truly five stars! We thoroughly enjoyed every minute of our stay at napasai. From the moment you arrive, you feel as though you have arrived in paradise. While we waited for our checkin, we were kindly welcomed and given water and coconut ice cream. We were astounded by the size and scale of our room as we were led to our villa. It was magical and included a kingsized bed, a porch, and a sizable bathroom. We also enjoyed watching the sunset from our own private sitting space. The complimentary activities offered every day were one of our highlights. It was quite enjoyable to participate in a kayaking excursion. You could participate in yoga, mai thai, and a cooking class. Every employee welcomed you and was happy to answer any questions you had. This place is truly unique thanks to the staff! There was also an excellent selection for breakfast! We enjoyed starting the day with coffee and stunning views of the water. We also had dinner at both restaurants on our trip, both of which were truly spectacular! We will most certainly be returning to napasai! If youre considering staying at this hotel, dont look any further and just book! You wont be disappointed!.

I cant explain how much i love this hotel. I was in Thailand for a month and half, i have stayed in 8 hotels, many of them large international chains, and none of them left me with a better feeling than napai did. Highly recommended. The personal is simply amazing.

We had a wonderful stay there. Amazing food, ocean, staff, service, treatment. We played backgammon on the beach and enjoyed the afternoon snack every day that was brought to your room. They have special events every week, such as bbq dinner on the beach, dinner in the garden, etc. I loved it! Thank you!.

The hotel is excellent, and the beach, amenities, and amenities are all topnotch. However, there are a few moments that i would like to highlight to enhance the comfort of guests. These options were missing for me. We stayed in a villa with four bedrooms and a living room. The air conditioning is too loud, to begin with. They are outdated and noisy. The tv system is the second point. There is no smart tv, so there is no way to watch videos on our phones. We all enjoy watching evening shows, so we had to do so on our phones instead of big screens. The tv equipment is outdated and not real! The third is a supper a la carte. It was mostly not very tasty. The buffet is good, but the a la carte food was 3 out of 5. Expensive and not tasty. Anyway, we had a great time, the hotel is excellent, and the notes i mentioned are just to highlight the areas that could be improved.

Wow! Wow! I have only been here for one day, and im already blown away. So lovely. Beautiful views of the mountains from the beach. The rooms are amazing. The staff is friendly and helpful. Fantastic facilities and planned activities.

We visited during covid and i know its a bit late to write a review, but i will anyway because we visited and fell in love with the authentic thai atmosphere. Very beautiful, but because it was covid, all the activities were closed and most importantly, i couldnt use catamaran, which was one of the reasons we wanted to stay. I hope to update this review after we return to samani, as this hotel is still on our radar. They have lots of activities, catamaran, ocean view rooms, and a great lobby. I would recommend calling before booking to ensure that everything aligns with your needs, needs, and wants to ensure you have the best stay. Unlike staying near fishman village, it is a bit far from everything, so you will need your own transportation.

Kami menghabiskan 6 hari yang menyenangkan di hotel ini. Staf sangat ramah, penuh perhatian dan akomodatif. Kami harus mengganti bungalo karena hujan dan dengan murah hati diberikan vila hunian seluas 400 m 2 yang luar biasa. Pijatannya sangat bagus dan kami sangat menikmatinya.

Meraviglioso hotel situato in una zona di Koh Samui lontana dalle aggregazioni del turismo di massa. Le camere sono pregiatissime, con interni in legno e organizzazione e pulizia al top. E' un lusso non sfrenato ma elegante. Il servizio è stato eccellente. Spiaggia praticamente privata, usata quindi in esclusiva dagli ospiti della struttura. Ottimo servizio ai lettini, che erano sufficientemente distanziati. Ottima qualità anche il centro massaggi così come la scelta della colazione. Decisamente consigliato e da tornarci più volte.
