Hotel is really handy located between Karon and Kata beach. Lots of restaurants, shops around. Check in was easy and they helped organize transport to airport. Was upgraded to bigger room with easy access to the pool. Room was suspicious with safe, slippers and they provided beach mats at reception.

The location is excellent in between karon and kata beach ⛱️ 5 min walk to both. There is lots of nitelife around the hotel and hotel has a very trendy cafe bar with beaut cocktails. Room was in good condition - good value so would recommend

Nice and clean hotel with artsy decoration. The staff there is so friendly and helpful with any request. The really do their best to make you feel well and welcome. This place comes highly recommed. Short walk to the beach.

Great, clean hotel which is resonably priced. Good location to both Kata and Karon beach. Loads of restaraunts around, the pool was great and there was a nice buffet breakfast each morning :)

Really nice staff. I was stung by a jellyfish and one of the receptionists looked after me and gave me vinegar to soothe the sting. Above and beyond service. The breakfast was great, the hotel is modern and clean and it is close to 2 beaches and surrounded by great restaurants. My only complaint is that the person working the reception at night time was a bit surly.

The hotel is modern and beautifully kept, with daily housekeeping, comfortable beds and cushions, excellent toiletries, and a powerful hairdryer. The room was rather small, but this is typical of this growing area. Tiny balcony with a stool on it and only a view of the building next door, but so near to the beaches and many restaurants and bars. The room was quiet despite being on this extremely busy road. The staff is all fantastic, helpful, and friendly. Without a doubt we recommend one of them. Thank you, Su, and Tennis!.

I stayed here in late February 2019. I really liked the hotel, it has glitches and issues like any other place and I know they are aware and working on them. How do I know that? I had a pleasant chat with the owner, and since I believe things will get better, I won't go into the details. I loved the hotel because it is between two beaches, not on the beach but on the main street between Baron and Kata beaches, about 10 minutes from each. The hotel provides beach bags with towels and mats for you to use on your beach excursions. I took a bag on my trips to Ko phi and James Bond Island so I could have a towel to use. Every morning was breakfast, and they were willing to make a box for me to take with me on the days I went on tours. and it was kind of them. Basic breakfast. Nothing to write home about. But I liked that they had fruit in the morning. I learned that facilities in Asia can be different than some places. I bought my shower gel, but I do believe the bathroom should at least have soap. The bathroom's sink is a little strange. The pool is on the small side and is directly across from the office, so it doesn't really get sun. However, in the evenings, it's good to cool off. Tennis was willing to listen to things that didn't work for

This hotel has a simple style. This hotel is new, the pool area is small but inviting. Our room was small with no balcony but had a nice bathroom, fridge and good lighting. The hotel offers a nice free breakfast. It's only a 5 minute walk to Kata or Baron beach. We thought the value was really good.

I highly recommend this hotel! We stayed here in mid-March and must admit that tennis, the hotel manager, was great. After the first night where we slept in a noisy groundfloor room, she upgraded us for free to a king-size room, absolutely awesome! I have to admit that actually the entire hotel is designed in a stylish way that I personally enjoy and I'm grateful for it. Even the pool was great to cool off in the evening. And the great service provided by this hotel included free towels and umbrellas! Thank you, Annie!.

This is the only place we can see open for breakfast, even though the food is average, their coffee is very nice. And the staff was very friendly and attentive! They have free wifi in case you need it! Prices are average and the location is good on the main road.
