I loved my stay here, staff wrre absolutely lovely. The view was top notch. I traveled with two others who are used to fancy hotels and they weren't fond of all the stairs and missed the charm of the place so I wouldn't recommend it for any pricesses out there but for everyone else, this is a great place to stay. 🙂

Awesome stay at the phi phi viewpoint resort. Staff was amazing and super friendly, pool was top notch. Bungalow was a great getaway in the hustle and bustle of phi phi. Very close to the viewpoint and right on the water. 10 outta 10 would stay again!

Let me start with the good. This resort in ko phi is tucked away in the picturesque countryside. The resort has an amazing panorama mountain view. The resort pool is strategically located to overlook the mountain view. Its the ideal place to relax and cool off after a day of exploring the island. The pool and our balcony were our favorite parts of our stay. The staff was friendly and willing to help to their best of their ability. On the downside, i understand this is an island and everything has to be shipped in, some amenities were outdated, doors wont properly close, and the beds werent comfortable. The washrooms werent properly cleaned. The worst part, though, this is beyond the resorts control. The bar music by the beach was so loud you could hear and feel the lively music until 3 in the morning in our room. Earplugs are not helpful at all. Overall, we enjoyed our 3 night stay due to the view. We wont be returning and wont recommend it to anyone who loves to sleep.

Great stay here! It was so nice to hang out in the pool on the days we had no tours since it is nicer than the local beaches. The staff was so friendly and helped us book tours and rent a kayak. Lots of restaurants nearby and eberything is about a ten minute walk max including the harbor. If you have a lot of luggage maybe arrange ahead of time for help with luggage since there are no cars on phi phi you have to walk which we didnt realize but it was fine for us with backpacks.

Average. Close to the beach, nice view of the lagoon, nights are loud, so if you want to sleep before 2 am u should stay further away from the pool. Lala was nice. The rooms are average compared to others, the air conditioning is a bit old. You can sleep here for a good price and of course you can bargain about price.

Saya sangat tidak merekomendasikan hotel yang menjijikkan ini. Wanita di resepsi memberi tahu kami dalam waktu kurang dari 24 jam bahwa kamar tidak berfungsi, tidak ada air dan AC rusak. Kami memesan kamar setengah bulan sebelumnya. Sesampainya di hotel, dia memberi tahu kami, "Saya menulis kepada Anda bahwa tidak ada kamar, tetapi saya menemukan pengganti Anda dengan uang yang sama", kami pergi untuk melihat kamar "pengganti" yang bahkan tidak bernilai $20 per malam. Awalnya kami diberitahu satu harga, tetapi kemudian mereka mengetahui bahwa kami ingin membayar lebih dan mengatakan bahwa kami harus membayar sebanyak yang dipesan. Kembali ke hotel yang dipesan sebelumnya, kami meminta untuk menunjukkan dua kamar gratis dan dia menjawab bahwa ini untuk tamu yang memesan kamar (dan kami bukan tamu) dan kamar ini berharga 15.000 Baht. Setelah bertanya mengapa dia membawa kami ke kamar yang ditinggalkan, dia menjawab "orang pindah dari sana kemarin, tetapi biayanya 1000 baht, kami bilang kami akan tinggal di kamar ini tapi bawakan kami kasur, dia bilang tidak. Mereka menelepon dukungan pemesanan dan berjanji untuk menyelesaikannya, tetapi dia tidak menjawab panggilan mereka. Hotel yang sangat menjijikkan dan sikap buruk terhadap orang!

Hotel ini sangat buruk, saya belum pernah kesini. Kamarnya kotor, AC tidak berfungsi, sprei kotor, dan yang paling parah adalah banyak serangga terutama kelabang dan laba-laba yang berbahaya bagi manusia. Mereka tidak mengembalikan uang hotel, mereka hanya bangun dan pergi, mereka tidak merespon komentar tersebut, menunjuk ke AC yang rusak, mengangkat bahu dan berkata "oh baiklah Saya sangat menyarankan untuk tidak melakukannya, hemat uang dan pikiran Anda.

Saya menginap di hotel ini bersama teman-teman saya selama satu malam. Kami mengambil kamar dengan tiga tempat tidur. Setelah membaca ulasan, saya takut untuk pergi, tetapi ternyata hotelnya bagus, kamarnya bersih, AC berfungsi (kami memiliki dua kamar). Orang-orang yang mengeluh tentang kebisingan pantai, saya dapat mengatakan ini adalah pulau untuk berdiam diri, bodoh sekali pergi ke pulau untuk berdiam diri. Mengenai makhluk hidup di dalam kamar, saya tidak melihatnya, tetapi kami menggunakan semprotan serangga dan menjaga pintu masuk. Jadi saring ulasan negatifnya, sama sekali tidak menakutkan, sama sekali tidak menakutkan.

Segala sesuatu yang mereka jual sebagai kamar deluxe sudah sangat tua dan terabaikan. Anda tidak bisa tidur di malam hari karena kebisingan. Tidak masalah apakah jendela terbuka atau tertutup untuk suara. Toilet umum sangat kotor. Selang shower bocor dan tidak ada perlengkapan mandi (sampo, shower gel). Hanya pemandangan yang indah. Laci ikat yang longgar.

Sulit untuk tetap positif! Jika saya hanya berbicara tentang hotel, itu bagus, kamarnya, harganya, luar biasa. Kolam renang tanpa batas, luar biasa di lokasi ini. Jika harus negatif, titik hitam besar, gaung musik yang mengerikan dari jam 19.30 Hingga jam 2 pagi. Bagi orang rumahan yang harus dihindari, bagi orang yang lelah dan suka berpesta, ini adalah tempat yang tepat. Secara pribadi, saya mengabaikan kebisingan dan mendapatkan pengalaman menginap yang sangat menyenangkan. Restoran di bawah ini menawarkan sarapan dan makan, juga dengan pemandangan yang luar biasa.

We stayed in a bungalow with nice rooms. Chat, coffee, and cookies are free at the reception around the clock. Not far from the parties, the sea is 2 minutes away, the pool is beautiful. We will be back.

Pembersihan dilakukan setiap tiga hari sekali, tetapi pembersihannya tidak terlalu menyeluruh. Kami memesan kamar dengan pemandangan laut dan kamar dengan bak mandi di balkon selama tiga hari. Kami tidak bisa pindah ke kamar terakhir karena bak mandinya tampaknya rusak. Kami mendapatkan uang kami kembali dan dapat menginap di kamar dengan pemandangan laut.
