I enjoyed staying at this hotel not because is was the newest, fanciest, or best place to stay. I enjoyed staying here because it was a genuine Thailand experience. The hotel was on a side street nestled with many small shops and foreigners going about the business of life. Right around it were pharmacies, small laundries, gift shops, etc. and right out on the main street was the Nana BTS Station, and Thai Post Office. This was in addition to big name Western places to eat in addition to the JW Marriott Hotel. What a combination of great things in Nana!,

Very pleasent stay , initially we were little skeptical because of the (arabic dominated)location of the hotel , but overall the stay was very nice and comfortable,the sky train station(Nana) is very close by thus was very economical to commute through bangkok, the staff of the hotel were also very courteous and helpfull,we thank the entire staff and management for making our trip a memorable one and wish the pinnacle sukhumvit team all the very best.
