I highly recommend this resort. My husband and i loved this place for our honeymoon. We couldnt have been happier. The staff and service were amazing. I also must mention that the glutenfree options are amazing! For a celiac like myself, it made enjoying the food side of my trip such savorable!.

On december 23, we spent a week in an ocean view pool villa. The resort is tucked away from la mai and is easily accessible by taxi for 200 B or the hotel shuttle. We particularly liked the tranquility by our private pool with soaring views. Regarding the villa, ours lacked surrounding vegetation and only had idly sized sun umbrella, which proved challenging in the heat. A makeover is needed for the wooden terrace floor. Even at the lowest setting, the air conditioning in living room blew directly onto the bed, making it uncomfortable even at low elevation because the inclination was not adjustable. Villas became quite noisy during strong winds. It was the most unpleasant thing that we experienced two power outages, unavoidable circumstances, and the backup generator for all hotels was right behind our villa on the back of our house. After the second outage, we raised the issue with the manager, who was very solutionoriented. Although we offered to switch villas for two nights, they declined. Breakfast is plentiful and of high quality, partly served at tables. However, when packed, it becomes noisy, especially during christmas, with many toddlers, as well as hampering outdoor breakfast enjoyment. There is one small, lovely beach owned by the motel that could be improved with more thoughtful landscaping. Each member of staff is commendable. Personally, if the accommodation didnt entirely meet my individual preferences

One of the finest resorts we stayed at throughout our many years of travel around Thailand. The ocean view jacuzzideluxe room is spacious, very nice, classic design, large bathroom that opens up to the bedroom, and the food was delicious at all of their outlets. Service was impeccable from the moment you arrived at the resort until you said goodbye. Private beach is nice. Pools are not too big, two of them but most people actually slept in their pool villa so rarely see many people at this pool, maximum 3 or 4 people.

We stayed in the ocean view villa and it was amazing! Beautiful views from the villa with the best private pool! Love the hotel app which is so useful to communicate with staff while you are in and out of the resort. The breakfast was also great, there were plenty of options.

The breakfast is very rich, both a la carte and buffet. There are many shells on the beach. Remember to wear river shoes when snorkeling to see small fish. As cliff hotel, there is nothing to say about the view of the pool. The room is cleaned twice yearly which is great.

I enjoyed my week at silavadee. A wonderful little sanctuary away from the frantic crowds. The bathroom was lovely and the room was really cozy. With fantastic views of the sea, the pool at the sun restaurant was incredibly tranquil. Additionally, each restaurant had a lovely location with views over the water. At he height, there was the Thai restaurant serving the best cuisine, and it was also excellent for the breakfast buffet. All of our staff members were genuinely kind, amiable, or willing to assist when necessary. Manee deserves special recognition because she looked after us at breakfast and particularly in the evening at 'Height. We were hoping for giggling days to take remembrance from all the traveling we had done on our trip thus far, but i have to say that siladeé did not let us down. Thank you for an unforgettable visit.

We had the best time when we first stayed at silavadee for the beginning of our honeymoon! The property boasts a private beach and two infinity pools, and is situated in incredibly lovely surroundings. The staff had prepared countless delightful honeymoon surprises, from the decoration to the little sweets and other thoughtful details. We also appreciated the convenience of communicating via their app! This was exemplary service. Our spa experience was fantastic! One day, we indulged in an intimate massage, while another day we took opulent jasmine milk bath. On the first day of my stay, the wait staff seemed unproductive, which was the only constructive criticism we could offer. It was typical of us on the initial days of staying because we felt unprepared. When we went to request drinks on our first night, there was no way we would have liked to be removed and the server wouldnt take our previous drinks, same at the poolside. However, on one of the last day (when i was there, someone else was present, so the beach staff immediately assisted with the towels, brought us fresh water, etc., as was much appreciated! Additionally, more proactive employees may sell you additional drinks. Having said that, our restaurant staff at height was particularly impressed with our efforts! It provided impeccable service, making our stay even more enjoyable!.

We have stayed in many nice hotels and have never received this level of service. The staff at silavadee are intuitive, responsive, friendly and generally exceed what any reasonable person would expect. I cant recommend this hotel enough it has been the best hotel experience of our life. We can't wait to return. Thank you to all the staff who made traveling with our baby boy so much easier, you are all really caring and genuine people and we will always remember everything you did for us!.

We have visited this hotel twice in a year, and both times, we had savoring countless experiences. The staff is exceptionally professional, friendly, attentive, their behavior is extremely personal. Silavadee resort stands out from the rest of the hotels ive been to. They pay close attention to every detail, offering incredibly friendly and personalized service. You are truly pampered, there is no need to say no to this accommodation - everything can be planned. Compared to many other hotels, the service is of an exceptional caliber. Breakfast is very extensive, especially the additional items available for order from our menu, which are of unmatched quality and taste! The various restaurants offer breathtaking seaside views with panoramic views of both sunset and sunrise. Once more, employees are highly professional professionals, personable, or skilled. Special thanks to mr. Aonny, manee, chef Ramon, ploy, all the front desk/buggy crew, general manager, as well as the entire hotel staff! We will definitely be back.

I would return to you because we miss you so much! It was one of the most beautiful hotels ive ever been to and stayed at. It provided an unforgettable experience and stay. My husband and our baby had a great time and we felt very well taken care of. The personal aspect was outstanding. Extremely helpful, kind, and considerate. They took excellent care for our son. Chefcook manee was quite picky, so because he was incredibly pickiest, chefcoach even always prepared extra meals for us. I must express my gratitude to manéee for her kind hospitality! She was fantastic! And their cuisine is simply delicious! We appreciate you giving us this pleasure! Little surprises and gifts would also be given to us as gifts. Also, it was never boring because there were little daily activities planned for the occasion.

A stay unlike any other ive ever had. Service and customer service exceeded expectations 10 times. From the 1 minute response times on the app to the daily morning refills of dried mango, cookies and exotic fruit, and nightly treats on your bed, the pools are always clean, towels are constantly available, water bottles are continually replenished in the gym, every extra item you might need or may have forgotten, exceptional buffet breakfasts, staff who remember your name and room. Its worth the price to wake up to hear the birds singing outside your room! It is away from the hustle and bustle of the towns, but its only 10 minutes by car.

Comfortable af bed! Great restaurants! Amazing infinity pools! The beach was too choppy to swim. Excellent service! Big ace! We took billiards everywhere. The first floor has fewer jacuzzis and waded pool than the second floor, but the third floor offers vistas of the ocean.

My partner and i had a great time here! We stayed in secluded, partial ocean view villas with pools, which were ideal for our honeymoon. Many people remember us and make sure we had an individual experience throughout our stay. A special thank you to jonny and joy, who made sure our needs were met at breakfast and dinner! Moon was incredibly delicious for breakfast, and the height offered many delicious local Thai dishes for dinner with dazzling views. Both were able to accommodate vegan diets including vegan options for many breakfast or dinner menu items that werent listed as vegans (you just need to let the staff know your diet beforehand, so the employees will often be unable to work with the chef to ensure you have wholesome meals). The resort uses an app, an innovative method to communicate with visitors who may be sprawled across the steep and expansive resort away from their room phone. The app includes utmost messaging function that allows you request anything from transportation to dietary requests, such as moons previous vegan breakfast message, they would have it ready by the time we arrived in the morning, but this was always accommodated.
