The guests will pay a deposit of [8000 Baht if stay within 2 weeks, and additional 8000 Baht for each additional week] cash or Thai bank transfer on check-in day for possible damage during the stay. The deposit will return to guests on the check-out day after the house inspection is done or the deposit will be deducted to cover the damage cost that made to the property. The remaining deposit will be refunded to the guests on the checkout date. In the situations when the deposit is not enough to cover the damage fee and the electricity fee. The guests must pay the full damage fee on the check out day by Baht cash or Thailand bank transfer.

-Hosts have the rights to terminate guests stay in case guests disturb any neighbors or guests have been found using drugs, smoking cigarettes and any forms of cannabis at the property. In case the termination occurs, no refund will be issued to the guests.

-Quiet Hours
Maintain quiet hours from 11pm to 7am. Respect the each and privacy of neighbor. Keep your voice down outside of the unit.
 
-Early Check-in/Late Check-out
Please no early check-ins or late check-outs without permission from the host. The standard check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is 11am.
 
-Trash
To avoid bugs and odors, the trash with raw products and fruits should be taken out daily.
 
-No Furniture Movement
Do not rearrange or move furniture within the property. Furniture is placed for both aesthetic and safety reasons. Please take care of the furnishings. Damages on property will incur a penalty fee.
 
-Prohibited Items
Fireworks, sparklers, rockets, and hazardous materials are strictly prohibited on the property.
 
-Illegal Activities
No illegal drug use, abuse of any person, or harboring fugitives. Violation of this rule will lead to immediate termination of the agreement with no refund.
 
-Toiletries and Essentials
Initial consumables such as toiletries, shampoo etc. are provided upon check-in. Guests are responsible for replenishing during their stay. Guests cannot take or use any essentials( Trash bag, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, shower gel, and hand soap liquid) and toiletries that are in the storage room or in the storage cabinets. They are for the future guests. There will be charge if stocks are taken away by the guests. If the guest like the slipper, each pair of slipper charge 500 Baht if it is taken away from the property.

-Property Items:
Everything in property is for the convenience of each guest during their stay. Do not take any of them away from the property. You will be charged 3 times of the item’s value if any of the items been taken away from the property.

 -Linens and Towels
No free daily housekeeping is provided additional cleaning is available for request at additional costs. Do not take towels or linens from the property.
 
-Cleanliness and Issues
Report any cleanliness or maintenance issues promptly.
 
-Internet Services
High-speed wireless internet is provided as a convenience. No refunds for outages, speed, access problems, or personal preferences.
 
-Plumbing Guidelines
Only flush toilet paper, no feminine products or “flushable” wipes. Clogging the plumbing will result in a minimum of 2000 Baht charge for damages and repairs.
 
-Liability Waiver
Guests indemnify and hold the owner and host harmless from any personal injury or property damage. We encourage guests to purchase traveler’s insurance. The host(s) do not take any responsibilities of any loses or personal injury while guests stay at the villa. Please turn off and lock all windows and doors when guests are away from villa.

-Check out Instructions
Please put trash into the trash bin in the kitchen or the big bin in the trash room next to the garage. Empty the fridge and wash all dirty dishes. Extra housekeeping charge may apply if check out instructions are not followed. Turn off all lights and air conditioners when leave the room.
