I booked 3 rooms online with 3 friends, and there were a few issues we had that were not resolved when we came. 524 room ac was hot since we checked in yesterday but still not fixed. I questioned the staff but they said the hotel was full. 520 ac not working properly. 522 phone not working. When booking the hotel I requested a king bed but all are a twin. When I checked in I was told my room was full. He staff came together to make the bed but it still doesn't help. Breakfast has very little choice. The toilet is broken and a dead fly was found in room 522 upon check in. The hotel view is nice but management should take immediate action when guests complain or request it.

The breakfast was fairly delicious. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant where we should have stayed the coat because it was too cold and the air conditioning was really bad, plus the tan cell that I didn't enjoy at all. Then we discovered a Thai massage in the basement which was hidden in some rooms where the hotel couldn't use anything else.

I went to the Snake Mountain on a trip. The room is very nice, and the service is very good. The restaurant was not open, which is why I gave it a 1 star less, but the breakfast was nice and at the end I guess everything is fine. Very nice view of the River Making and a very peaceful place to stay.
