We stayed at this hotel only 1 night For my birthday, hotel was lovely, very clean, nice beach, staff very friendly and helpful, breakfast was nice. Highly recommend this hotel and would definitely return!

房間很乾淨設備很新，但健身房設備差，服務人員態度很好，6人家庭房，滑水道泳池房看不到海景，只有泳池套房看海。每個人員都很友善，公共區的泳池很大很好，都是歐美與泰籍旅客，沒有東亞。但離市中心車程15分鐘，只有付費車可以搭乘，100B/PERSON，借腳踏車100B/HR。

This resort is not recommended. Its a charming resort with welcoming staff and tasty food, but the service level really needs to be improved, especially communications. The food credit in my booking package is 1500 thb per day, but the resort only provides 100 thb at the start. I contacted my booking agent to confirm that, despite the fact that it still takes a number of email to finally resolve matters, it is eventually resolved. Also, after the last two days, the upstairs rooms underwent some renovations, and an irritating chemical smell entered my room by way of air conditioning. I spoke with the front desk and they stopped, but the second day morning, the smell returned and really irritated my throat and gave me a headache. It was a beautiful resort with friendly staff and tasty food, but the service level needs to be improved, particularly with communication. The last thing is that the resort is in the middle of nowhere, so if you are not driving, it is not convenient.

My wife and I stayed at the resort for 5 days in December 2022. From the minute we arrived all the staff we met were really friendly and helpful, especially a lovely girl named Amy who gave us her full attention when we needed to ask or look for something during our stay. Our room was on the ground floor and had a view of the resorts lovely swimming pool and the sea. If you need a day of shopping and markets, this resort is only a 30-minute taxi ride from the bustling Hahin. We as seniors were satisfied with the peaceful nature of the veranda resort.

The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view. The staff was really friendly and professional. Maybe we will come back again. We hope there is a makeup mirror in our room.

Exceptionally beautiful hotel with superb service, especially in the sunnook. She is very considerate of the visitors. Very clean room. My papa mana renting came from Germany, and they had a fantastic vacation. Best choice in Cha am!.

** 3 EV charging slots: ESPRO by noodoe ** A really cozy hotel in Cha Am, in a quiet area where privacy is your best friend. The entrance sign on the roadside is pretty hard to spot. At the end of a pretty narrow road is where Veranda is situated, right next to the beach. We upgraded our stay to 2-bedroom duplex saltwater pool villa with a really reasonable upgrade price. We love the layout of this duplex especially the in-ground jacuzzi that gives you a feeling of a private spa. However, the main light switches are weirdly located right next to the refrigerator. The villa is pretty worn-out with signs of retouching throughout the entire place. Stains on most fabric furnitures. Great selections of breakfast starts from 6:30-10:30 daily. The senior security staff are extremely helpful and polite! thumbs up! Overall, a really great stay with peaceful and private atmosphere. Though some upgrades of room touchpoints are required. A clean and playable beach.

Beautiful hotel closes to the beach. Large swimming pool. Area is seperated by the road so room is far from check in desk and other facilities. However, there are many activities provided there. Great place for vacation.

- ไม่ประทับใจ Pool Suite ชั้น 3 เป็น location ที่แย่มากๆ - จำนวนห้องเยอะเกินกว่า facilities ที่มี ( main pool, ห้องอาหารในตอนเช้า ) ไม่เพียงพอกับแขกที่เข้าพัก แลดูวุ่นวาย ไปมาทั่ว ที่นี่เป็นอีกหนึ่งโรงแรม ที่ไม่กลับมาแน่นอน และคงไม่แนะนำให้ใครมาพักแน่ๆ
