You will feel like a friend because of the excellent hospitality. The proprietor is incredibly kind and will prepare meals in the evening. Both the shower and the bathroom are functional, and rooms are tidy. A 10minute stroll from downtown via an intriguing steel bridge will bring you there. Try the nearby restaurant lemongrass!.

I had a great time while staying here. The location is excellent, right near the river, and within walking distance of the city. Very comfortable beds, incredibly comfortable accommodations, an exquisitely beautiful setting thats close to the water.

The hostel is simple and not pretentious. The rooms are clean and fresh linen are provided daily. Boyd, the owner, is very helpful and literally sits down with you and plans your itinerary for chiang mai. A few minutes from the main tourist traps, making it ideal for exploring the real Chiang malaysia. Easy access to old city. Would definitely recommend.

This place is really amazing with cool and nice people there. The owner, boyd, is very helpful and friendly. He really helps anyone even when we didnt stay there anymore because we booked too late and there was no place at zz house. Boyd brought us to the hotel 20 meters next to his place if we wanted to stay in that place. His name is boy! The location is also good, within 5 minutes walk you can find the night market or a thai disco just 1 minute walk away.

Boyd is a top host, i can honestly say that he made our trip 10 times better. The zz house is really nice accommodation and his advice on places to visit was spot on. He knows the area very well and has excellent english. I highly recommend staying here if you are looking for somewhere in chiangmai as my girlfriend and ive had savored it.

The price for a private room with utensils, fans, and refrigerator is truly unbeatable. There is tastier outdoor space where you can sit and hang out with people. Boyd was friendly and frequently asked if you needed anything. If you dont need to be within the old city walls, this place is quite good, with some fantastic cafes and restaurants just across the bridge. My room was chilly during the day, so i always needed the light on - unless ive opened the curtains, it opens onto someones house, which means there isnt much privacy.

The best place to stay in chiang mai. Boyd, the owner, is a really cool and amazing person. We spent one night there and ended up staying five nights. He showed us the important things to see, underground bars, local great food places, and the best time we had in Thailand. I will return the next year in Chiang Mai just to remain at the zz house and share supper with boyd. His house is really clean, best in the city, very cool location, also very quiet. Highly recommended! And book more days to enjoy the town!.

Kami tinggal di rumah ZZ selama 3 malam. Tuan rumah sangat membantu dan berusaha keras. Kami memiliki kamar ganda dengan kamar mandi pribadi. Hanya shower di toilet dan kamarnya agak berjamur. Anda tidak bisa berharap banyak tentang harganya. Kami membayar sekitar 32 euro untuk 2 orang selama 3 malam. Anda dapat mencapai pusat dalam 10- 15 menit berjalan kaki. Ada sekolah dasar di sebelah akomodasi, yang berarti suasana sedikit lebih bising setelah jam 7 pagi. Kami memiliki satu kamar di lantai dasar sehingga kami dapat mendengar suara air pancuran dari kamar atas yang memercik ke jendela. Oke untuk kunjungan singkat.

A pleasant, cozy home for a budget trip. Mr. Boyd, the owner, is incredibly kind and entertaining, not at home all the time but always willing to help you and recommend his favorite restaurant or cuisine in chiang mai. And of course, it is very helpful and great. Hes professional at food lol. The room is clean, with everything you need, including tv in the budget room. So good. There are many things to explore along the river. You can try simply happy coffee and khaluek restaurant within stepping distance. I discovered these lovely places on application maps, and im loving them!.

This place offers excellent value. I appreciate your hospitality and availability. It was rated among the best guest houses in the area. The rooms are impeccably clean, with comfortable beds, hot showers, towels, shower gel, and shampoo available. All amenities are easily accessible on foot.

I had a twoweek stay there. The location offers great value for money. Its clean and comfortable rooms. Boyd, the owner, is the best host you could ever ask for. I highly recommend this place and will definitely come back to stay here again if i visit chiang mai again.

This hostel is one of the few that is spotless and has comfortable beds. The location is excellent, and the host, boyd, is a wonderful host. He will tell you where to go in and around chiang mai and also say what is not worth visiting. You should just trust him. And one more thing to note this place is dangerous, so many guests have planned to stay there for ten days but ended up staying there weeks. So perhaps the most used sentence in the evening is boy, my room is available for several more days.

The hotel is located away from the main street. There is no street noise here. The room is spacious and clean. Very comfortable bed. Hot shower with good water pressure. If you want to sit, there are tables outside. I would come back!.

The house was fantastic, and the owner, boyd, was the best part of it all! Such a kind man! He gave me advice on the greatest places and showed me around. He even allowed me to borrow his bicycle. The home was lovely! It was quieter when i went because it was at the beginning of low season. House is lovely and very comfortable. There are two markets nearby with delicious food that is really affordable! And also s tavern with everything you might need. Given that the location is about ten to fifteen minutes walk from the old city, this was ideal for me because ive been training at mummiesud thai gym so he needed to be close by. It made me feel at home and stayed longer just because of that. I would heartily suggest this location if your goal is to rent bike. You can drive there in five minutes and only need one or two days in the historic city. This area benefits from being quiet and less expensive nearby.
