The person who handled my checking when I came at night was friendly and enjoyable. I had made arrangements for a bungalow with sea views, which was ok, but everything had signs of prolonged use and improper maintenance. I was greeted with a terrible sewer scent from the toilet when I awoke in the morning. They immediately moved me to a proper bungalow with sea views in better shape and did not exaggerate it. The common areas floors are incredibly slick. In front of 5 staff members at the entrance, my girlfriend slipped and fell on her back, right in front of 5 staff members, and nothing was done after that. There is no infirmary, so it is a catastrophe unfolding. The swimming pool is wonderful, but the chlorine and salinity levels in the water are extremely high, which is a risk to your eyes and skin. There is no wifi in the foyer, and the quality is poor. There is no room to buy gin and tonic at night, and the staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. The beach was beautiful, but one day he came to me to try to transport me and my boyfriend to a location to buy proper gin and tonic, and there are several minutes of wait lines. The dining and restaurant are now the worst part. Where do I begin? There are families who eat like theres no tomorrow and have no regard

The hotel is great value for money! The cuisine is wonderful, there is a buffet with pasta, salads, and everything. The cake is also awful. The pool is excellent. Every pool that has salty seawater is great. The bungalows are superior to hotel rooms. Our bungalow is on an elevated block, and we have a view of the water. It's really lovely! Animation is terrible, and they don't the animators are ardent in the evening, not even trying. They engage in conversation and lacked empathy for others. Children are not animated. The only beach has poor grass, there are several stones in the water because of the wind, the water is cloudy, and there is plenty of grass in it when the wind is strong. The sea's garbage is purchased by the excavators. For a few days, it was fine, but now there is lots of grass, making it difficult to walk, let alone bathe. All in all, the hotel is excellent value for money. Bona fide lodging in bungalows is excellent food, and it is awful on the sea.

Very pleasant vacation! The bungalows were fantastic and had a wonderful view of the beach. Since it was our second visit to this hotel, we returned due to the excellent service, which included Med, Limo, Albano, and other employees, who were always very polite and professional, with great performances at night and activities throughout the day. Nice food and a beautiful beach! We will go back.

About El Mouradi Djerba Menzel
