Excellent service. This was a wonderful trip to turkey, and the staff at the hotel the Rozza was fantastic and very helpful. The setting was peaceful, friendly, warm. My family and i had savored our stay there, but one of the receptionists, riyad, was outstanding and extremely helpful in his response.

My lodging experience was unfortunately uncomfortable, particularly the old room that smelled musty and lacked cleanliness. Despite this, i would only rate it 4 stars for the exceptional service provided by the reception employee. He was incredibly kind, professional, and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with everything, which significantly improved our overall impression of this hotel. The hotels restaurant, while not outstanding, served only breakfast. However, the general standards of hygiene were regrettably subpar. I want to express my gratitude for their assistance from the front desk staff. Although the accommodation was relatively expensive compared to the quality of the rooms, it was still acceptable. Its convenient location, easy access to public transportation, as well as numerous affordable restaurants nearby, were its main advantages.

We had a great time with my friend staying at the abisso hotel. We felt very welcome because of the friendly and kind receptionist aslan. The location is good so we can walk to the old town area. Thank you for such good hosting, we will be happy to come back and recommend it to others.

The hotel was excellent, and the staff was incredibly friendly. Water is available for you to use downstairs. It was annoying that we lost electricity for two days, but it wasnt their fault. I would suggest them, they offer good value for the money.

I was searching the location on application maps when i got there late at night, but ive found no sign of the hotel. The checkin process was quick. Rooms were clean, beds were ready, bathrooms were spotless but smelly. Breakfast was adequate, with a good view from the breakfast area and dirty windows. At the reception, the syrian man was very kind and helpful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay overall. We were greeted with warm welcomes and hot beverages. Special thanks to najwa, who made us feel at home and promptly accommodated all of our requests. The location is excellent. For those who need it, there is a free lift and quick wifi. Both the hotel and the room were immaculate. Transport was organized at incredibly affordable prices, and i heartily endorse this hotel, especially for the staff, particularly najwata.

My accommodation was not terribly comfortable, particularly the room, which was ancient, smelled humid and had a lower level of hygiene. If i give it ps 5 stars, its just for the reception staff, mr. Sako, and another kindful syrian employee at the front desk. Mr. Saco, who helped us incredibly was he was so kind, professional, helpful, etc. He doesnt hesitate to offer his lovely assistance for anything, in my opinion, this changed our perspective from the rumor of the tourist hotel in Istanbul. The hotels restaurant level was excellent. Unfortunately, the level is unpleasant. I appreciate the help from reception and the recommendation from merry zaco. In fact, they changed the concept of both the hotel and its management to the best. Although the lodging wasnt cheap when compared to other rooms, it was still acceptable. According to steve and his teams effort, everything was fine. A last piece of advice for pension owner try to correct and improve the situation at their property.
