Çalışanlar oldukça güler yüzlüydü. Çok temizdi ve herşey ince ayrıntılı düşünülmüştü. Kaldığımız odadan çok memnun kaldık, tekrar geldiğimizde acer cave aklımızın bir köşesinde duracak gibi gözüküyor :)

Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Her durumda yardımcı olmak için istekliydiler. Otel temiz ve tepede kale manzarası eşliğinde güzel bir manzarası var. Kahvaltı biraz daha fazla çeşit olabilir. Akşam yemeği de bir tık pahalı dışarıya göre. Ama genel anlamda fiyat performans olarak bakıldığında 5 yıldızı hak ediyor.

Herşeyiyle çok güzel bir tatil oldu bizim için. Özellikle pandemi döneminde şüpheli olmamıza rağmen otelin temizliği çok ama çok iyiydi. Resepsiyondan tutun şeflerine, kat görevlilerinden, işletmecilerine kadar herkes güler yüzlü ve yardımcı olmaya çalışan insanlardı. We decided to stay at Ace Cave after traveling to Capadoccia from home and read the highly advised reviews before choosing it. Fortunately, we weren't mistaken. We received outstanding service from the hotel staff. The hotel personnel is incredibly courteous, polite, and helpful. The rooms are roomy, spotless, and cozy. We were provided with daily towels by the cleaning crew. The location is also very handy. Both dining establishments and beautiful shopping are close by. Breakfast in the morning is served on the patio with a beautiful view. We were not pleased with the hotel restaurant's dinner, but we heartily endorse Guru, a family-owned restaurant just around the corner. Even though it is not fancy, the cuisine is amazing. Try the unique pumpkin dessert. Also, keep in mind the airport shuttle service. They attempt to squeeze four people into three rows. Yet overall, as per hotel recommendations, it's fantastic!.

I and my lady chose to travel to cappadocia for a romantic weekend, and of course, we wanted the entire package. We wanted a hotel that was close to the city center but also traditional, referring to the catlike decorations that most hotels in Cappadocia have. Ace Cave Hotel couldn't have been a better choice, we were allowed to check in early since we had a night flight which meant we could sleep half a night in extra at no cost, and we were treated to one of the most warm welcomes we've ever encountered during our travels. Breakfast and view from the terrace were both breathtaking, the authentic Turkish cousin with one of the best Turkish coffees I've ever had. The room itself was fit for a king, the decorations on the jacuzzi just enhanced our experience, and the decor on the room is perfect, and every wall, every painting on the wall, and the floor rug was perfect. The best part of our trip was the hotel concierge named fakir, who made sure everything on our trip was taken care of. He cooked breakfast to wake us up early enough to see the balloons at 400 AM and called a premium taxi. We were treated as if we were royalty. We enjoyed our stay at Ace Cave Hotel. Although not in the gorge, you get a much better room and at a third of the cost while still being in a beautiful area and close to all of the major sites. Our cave room was incredible! It was so beautiful and unique to live in a cave! The hotel staff was excellent! The restaurant manager anticipated our requirements and was very helpful with every request. If there was any language barrier, they would send an Englishspeaking attendant directly to our room to make sure we were taken care of immediately. Both the food at the restaurant and the view from the hotel and terrace are excellent!.

Cappadocia's landscape is unlike anything we've ever seen before. Stunning rock formations and welcoming neighbors. Youve come to the perfect location if you are seeking for an unforgettable hotel stay. The same group owns the surrounding hotels and has access to each of their properties. Very useful for morning balloon watching high in the valley. Ask for habit at the front desk if you truly want to make your life simpler. Following our arrival, he gave us the early advice we needed to reserve a balloon flight the following morning. The breakfast he gave for the farm of the hotel was excellent. When you travel, it is always wonderful to meet someone who is accommodating, considerate, and pleasant. We appreciate Richard and the driving team for coordinating our entire fiveweek trip around five distinct nations. They made everything very easy.

I was very satisfied with my stay at this hotel. I will come back again. I was well cared for and treated like a queen! Breakfast is very tasty. The manager is always available via WhatsApp to chat and help make arrangements for airport transfers, horseback rides, balloon rides, massages and anything you want. Very knowledgeable.

Ein schönes Hotel, aber die Standardzimmwr haben oft irgendwelche Probleme: Manchmal ist es wegen der außen liegenden Lüftungsanlage zu laut oder das Zimmer liegt innen, hat also kein Fenster oder es fehlt die Duschtür. Wir haben alle diese Zimmer ausprobiert. Das Hotel hat definitiv kein Spa, Innenpool oder eine Sauna, was die Bilder suggerieren. Das Personal ist aber supernett.

Oda temiz ve güzeldi. Daha önce geldiğimizde temiz olan jakuziyi bu sefer maalesef kullanamadık çünkü çok kirliydi ve çalıştıkça daha da kötü oldu. Çalışanlar anlayışlı ve yardımsever. Yine daha önce geldiğimizde hem kahvaltı hem de akşam yemeğine bayılmıştık. Ancak bu gelişimizde maalesef dışarıdan anlaşılan şirketin akşam yemekleri çok kötüydü. Daha önce balayı oteli olarak kullanıp çok beğendiğimiz ve bu yüzden tekrar geldiğimiz otelden bu sefer hayal kırıklığı ile ayrıldık maalesef.
