I had a great time when I visited this hotel. The hotel staff were really nice and accommodating. They are very tidy and comfortable. Excellent location, fantastic restaurants and bars. Near bus stops and taxis. Near hair salons and shops. Breakfast is delicious Turkish food. But if you want to eat chicken, I better think about the form, more chicken nuggets and not steak.

It was great to stay here and the food was delicious with the lovely rooftop restaurant. The atmosphere was very tidy and have nice vistas. The staff is always able to help and advise you if you need anything. The wifi works fine, they have at least two English speaking channels. The location was 15 minutes from Stature Airport and 15 minutes from saliva goen airport. They offer a fantastic restaurant with a lot of shops and restaurants in Bahceliever.

Thanks to all the Turkish staff who made me feel at home. I stayed here twice for 10 and 14 days for dental treatment. I never thought they could be so human, calm, helpful, careful, and professional. Thank you to everyone for making my problems simple to resolve. Nice place for holiday because public transportation is very good and cheap. You have connections everywhere. Will be back soon! Maria.

事前に連絡して10時前に着くから荷物だけは預かって欲しいと頼んだがメールではいいと言っていたが預かってもらえなかった。 10時に部屋は用意できているから10時にスタッフが来るからまた来てくれと言われて行ったが、部屋の用意は出来ていないから2時にチェックインに来くようにと言われた。 スタッフが常駐していないのでどうにもならない。インターホンで会話のみ。夜行バスで来たので早くチェックインしたかった。 部屋は広くて綺麗、駅から徒歩10分、観光地も近くて便利。 でも、二度と行きたくない。 I asked them before " I'll arrive at 8 or 9 morning and keep my baggage please ." They sent me a message "Yes." But they didn't keep my baggage until 10 am from 8 am. I could only talk to them over the intercom. He told me come 10am and my room is ready. Then I went to there 10am again. But I couldn't check-in until 2pm. I just keep my baggage and went out . The room was clean , big , good location and near the station only 10 minutes by walk. But I never want to use that hotel. They were not kind.

Otel genel anlamda çok temiz ve rahat. Kahvaltı olması avantaj ancak kahvaltıda çeşitlilik çok az ve sebzeler pörsümüştü. Sadece paketli yiyecekler ve ekmek yiyebildik. Tek gece için yeterli.

Pros: -Friendly receptionist with a strong command of English -Two free bottles of water in the room -Decent complimentary breakfast Cons: -Shower had dried nail polish on the floor -Sheets had multiple stains -Fridge leaked water onto floor -Walls are quite visibly damaged/dirty -Shower did not drain properly -Toilet flush button would get stuck frequently

and I went three times to this hotel and the truth is, I went only for my doctor, this time I booked through hotels.com and when I arrived they charged me more than what I had to pay, they told me when I complained that it was because the card charges them that It's not my problem since they have to pay for it, I won't even return for free for that matter and unfortunately in this country everyone is looking to Rodarte and get money from you anyway, that's how this country is from the airport everywhere they treat tourists like this I don't recommend this hotel and I would not return. I obviously made a complaint to hotels.com. Since I arrived I had problems with my arrival. I arrived so tired at the end of the night and to find this a disaster, I did not think that they would rob the tourists who were going to leave the money. and at that time it was impossible to look for a hotro hotel
