We stayed in the Diana Residence in July last week in a 3 bedroom duplex. The apartments are large and have 2 balconies plus a terrace in the top bedroom. They are regularly cleaned and the gardens are well kept. The staff are very friendly and nothing was too much trouble it's about a 20 minute walk to shops but at the end of the road taxi stop and bus stop the cocktails and food was good onsite, even bring it to your room if you prefer, will definitely recommend to family and friends.

5 stars re: Room 203 has a lovely terrace and a convenient access to the pool. The manager and staff were really helpful and even allowed us to keep the room for free on the last day. The hotel was about 3 miles from the center of California, but a taxi was under 3 lire and every minute. The beach was 400 meters from the hotel and had several bars and restaurants. All the facilities were spotless and the room was very good. I will definitely visit Anna's Residence again. We all enjoyed a great vacation.

The only thing I would complain about is the unclean towels and the cleanliness of the room. The staff was kind and accommodating and the food was tasty and reasonably priced. The apartment was beautiful and had a wide variety of amenities. The location is excellent, it's probably about a 5-minute walk to the beach. The pool for both adults and children is always clean.

We spent our last night in this fantastic hotel. The hotel is small enough to have a pleasant family vibe, but it is large enough to have all the conveniences you need. The pool area and grounds are immaculately maintained. The site has a foodbar and breakfast English or Turkish must not miss. We stayed in a three-bedroom apartment and the word spacious would be unfair. The flat is huge. Spent over two top floors of a three-story apartment. Two bathrooms with showers and a jacuzzi bath. Air conditioning throughout. A well-equipped lounge kitchen and dining area and three terrace options. Omer and his staff are all so kind and helpful and I cannot rate this highly enough. Calls beach is a 15-minute walk away and Fethiye is a short and cheap taxi ride away. Water sports, day trips, and beach clubs are readily available. As usual, there are plenty of restrictions to choose from and some excellent meals to enjoy.

I stayed at DIANA last week for 10 days with my 2 children who are 15 and 12. Would definitely suggest. Diana is hidden from the main promenade but everything is easily accessible by foot, dolls, taxis, or scooters. The apartments are tidy and spacious. Omer and his team were very quick to help with any minor problems that did arise. Rooms are regularly cleaned, and gardens are kept regularly. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday. There are many wonderful trips easily booked in town at a very good price, including jeep safaris and boat trips.
