I was upgraded because the view was very bad and I was not getting any views. The room needs to be cleaned properly. The carpets are dingy and discolored. Duct tape was used to cover the shower doors. When the bed was made the next day, it wasn't shaped properly. But there is a heated towel rail. I was upgraded because there are not any views. Do not put your card in the slot. Housekeeping will always throw it out and cancel your card so you will be locked out. I placed my sim card in the slot so the lightening would turn on, and they tossed it out too. It had all of my personal data on it, never returned or retrieved, and no apologies. The Haram was the worst incident I have ever had. Because the hamas heating was broken and 600 TL and the heat from the sun and ese in water, the heat felt like it was like exfoliating with sandpaper. Thai massage is authentic Thai with Thai workers. My lady smelt like she had eaten 10 cloves of garlic. The reception staff are helpful and friendly. The hotel is in dire need of renovation. The coffee latte is adequate.

We chose to stay there because it's easy to get a great cuisine and patisserie at the divan. Sadly the hotel was good, but the kitchen was awful. One plate, ready for breakfast, with a couid as an excuse. We went there to go to the Haram and Thermal pool. The pool was filthy and the next morning it was closed. So it's quite strange that there is no thermal bathing at a burst hotel.

Burst is famous for its hot springs. We went on a family trip to visit the spa and hot springs. But we were told that kids under 12 are not allowed to enter the spa and pool areas. But during reservation there was no notification. It was a big disappointment.

Would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing travel experience. The location is good. The room is clean. We want to thank the staff for their hospitality and kind manners especially. It was silent at night we had a good nights sleep.
