Je donne une étoile seulement parce que l’hôtel est situé dans un bon quartier. Pour le reste, c’était une très mauvaise expérience. Le personnel est indifférent et irresponsable. À mon arrivée, ils m’ont dit que je n’avais pas de réservation et m’ont demandé de payer à nouveau. J’ai insisté en expliquant que j’avais bien réservé, et après presque une heure, ils ont finalement accepté et m’ont donné une chambre. La première chambre était extrêmement sale, j’ai donc demandé à changer. La deuxième chambre n’avait aucun chauffage, c’était une catastrophe. La troisième chambre avait un grand trou dans la vitre, le froid entrait directement. Le pire moment : pendant que nous dormions, quelqu’un a ouvert la porte avec une clé pour entrer. Quand j’ai ouvert la porte, on m’a demandé : « Vous avez une réservation ? Vous avez une clé ? » Ils ne savaient même pas que j’étais dans cette chambre. Aucun sens des responsabilités ni de sécurité. La dernière nuit, la chambre était encore très froide, toujours avec le trou dans la fenêtre. Je n’ai même pas pu recharger mon téléphone alors que je devais partir tôt pour l’aéroport. La salle de bain n’avait même pas de porte. En résumé : une expérience désastreuse. 👉 Je ne recommande absolument pas de réserver cet hôtel

It was one of the worst experiences ever. The hotel is in a dilapidated, run-down condition, the beds are broken, the bathroom is raised on a platform in the 8 m² room, and the door to the “bathroom” was broken and lying on the sink. The room was moldy everywhere, and we didn’t even get the room we had booked, but a different one—apparently because the one we originally booked was in an even worse condition. The floor had bulges in several places, and whenever you stepped on them, a foul-smelling cloud of mold would rise from beneath. The shower leaked from its wall onto the carpet wetting a big area and the toilet seemed to leak from its base considering the puddle on the floor and the smell that filled the whole room whenever you flushed. The owner lives at the reception and offered to move us to a renovated room on the second day, which was on the 4th floor (in a hotel without an elevator and with a rickety staircase). The room wasn’t any better, so we declined. Breakfast was served on the rooftop terrace. After waiting 35 minutes among the seagulls, they brought out one hard-boiled egg, three slices of cold cuts, and four slices of cheese for four people. Oh, and all of us got injured several times on the edge of the bed. The room is so tiny and poorly furnished that we kept bumping into the bed corner, where a piece of metal was sticking out, which gave all of us scrapes on our shins. All in all, this hotel is a complete disaster. Renovation didn’t help either.

I booked a king suite for 3 nights. On arrival I was given room of about 150sq ft but without AC and an attached bathroom. They argued with me that the adjoining hall where there were 3 single beds has a bathroom and an AC, and to use it. With much trouble around 11pm they transferred me into a different room. That room was very small and I couldn't even open mu suite-case in there. On top of everything it was not safe. The bed had a metal pcs come out and I had a deep cut in my leg from that. I had to be on line with Hotels.com until 1.30 midnight but hotel did not respond. They did not pick up the line when Hotels.com people were calling them. The following day morning I checked out. They refused to refund my money and I asked them to issue me a receipt for the money and I will go to the police. Finally they refunded a portion of my money. This was my most unpleasant experience with Hotels.com. Never use this place. It's NOT A DECENT PLACE TO PEOPLE.
