Hotel yang bagus, pelayanan prima, kamar bersih, dan sebagian besar orang baik. Kami adalah sekelompok 12 teman dan menikmati setiap detiknya. Hotel yang bagus. Sangat direkomendasikan untuk setiap pelancong, sarapan tidak seperti di Israel tetapi cukup pasti, orang-orang yang sangat hangat dan ramah.

We would love to return. My favorite hotel, great location, helpful and kind staff, very clean, we had a great time at the gallery residence hotel! The rooms were very nice and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Also, the kind receptionist was a pleasure.

During our medical vacation, we stayed at the gallery residence hotel. The hotel exceeded all our expectations. Perfect location, spacious and clean rooms, fast internet (not obvious in turkey), comfortable beds, and a wellequipped kitchenette that allowed us to cook occasionally. Of course, we have great respect for the property owner and gm was very helpful always trying to meet all our requests. All of this at a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend this place to others and return.

Saya datang pada 6 per 4 per 2022 jam 8:15 untuk memeriksa suite sebelum memesan melalui booking, tetapi resepsionisnya kasar dalam berurusan. Dia memberi saya buklet yang berisi semua gambar di hotel dan menolak untuk mengizinkan saya untuk memeriksanya. Dari pengalaman dan pengalaman saya, beberapa gambar di booking tidak sesuai dengan yang saya lihat. Karena booking ada ratingnya. Kembali ke karyawannya. Saya menyarankan kepada manajemen hotel yang bagus dan indah ini untuk tidak membiarkan karyawan yang sedang mengalami kecelakaan. Hari yang buruk meringis pada pelanggan yang lewat dengan sikap negatif, terlepas dari masa tinggalnya di hotel ini.

Insya Allah, layar, perawatan, dan pelayanan para stafnya tiada duanya, dan lokasi hotelnya luar biasa. Segala sesuatu di sekitar Anda, cukup berjalan di tempat-tempat kelas atas dan semua toko, restoran, dan kafe di sekitar Anda. Sarapan perlu lebih variatif.

We have stayed in so many different hotels over the last 3-4 years. But we never stayed more than 2 nights at the same hotel. There were always some problems. For example, room temperature, window or wall isolation for noise, cleaning, hot water in the shower, and low internet connection. But at gallery residence hotel we had no problem and for the first time in our life we stayed 7 nights at the same hotel. The room we stayed in was a bedroom and a room where the kitchen and living room were together. The kitchen has a microwave, oven, kettle, fridge and even a small dishwasher. There is even an iron and ironing board. There is even a laundry room in the hotel where you can wash and dry your laundry for very affordable prices. The rooms and the whole hotel are very clean. Rooms are cleaned daily and sheets are changed every 2 nd day. Drinking water is provided in the room every day in a closed bottle. The rooms have both air conditioning and radiator. Either way, you can cool or heat the room. The insulation of the room is very good. No sound comes from outside or from other rooms. As a family with two small children 4 years old and 8 months old, it was very important that our room be quiet, clean and warm. Our room was very clean, very quiet and warm. Also the internet connection was very good. We can also be very happy if we can change the flight date. We can stay for a few more days if we can. Thank you gallery residence hotel, the bathroom is not small. At least the room we stayed in 203.

The staff was very friendly and always ready to help, the breakfast was delicious with fresh food and good coffee, the location is good, i love nisantasi. The rooms are quite large and have their own kitchen, we loved having lots of space, the cleaning was also great. I will definitely be back soon.

The hotel was in a prime location. Numerous attractions are within walking distance. There is no need to take a taxi because its close to a shopping area and good restaurants. The hotels personnel was incredibly kind and accommodating. The room was ideal for families. Without a doubt, we would return to this location.

The place is good, and the receptionist is friendly. But you can get much better for less money, and thats definitely a good thing. My room window cant close completely, and one thing i didnt like was the bathroom door, it was transparent.

Lokasinya sangat bagus, namun tidak ada tempat parkir dan harga suite sangat mahal. Tempat tidurnya nyaman. Ada catatan tentang isolasi suara jalan yang sangat mengganggu. Di lantai satu, dapur dan peralatannya sangat lengkap. Oven, ketel, dan pemanggang roti sempurna.

Very nice staff especially the lady in the restaurant they were very helpful. The staff smiled all the time and the place was very clean my mother was so happy because station of osmanbey is very close to the hotel and the street is full of coffee shops nero and costa.
