Çok güzel bir oteldi. Öncelikle tarihi bir bölgenin restorasyonu sonrası ortaya çıkan çok keyifli sokakların içinde birden fazla konaktan birisiydi. Çalışanlar çok ilgili ve alakalıydı. Otel ve odalar çok temizdi. Kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Kafanızda soru işareti olmadan gidebileceğiniz keyifli bir konaklama yeridir.

Sabah kahvaltılariyla gunumuzu guzellestiren Guler hanim ve diger çalışan arkadaşlar kibar yardimsever ve ilgiliydiler. Konumu merkezi ve yürüme mesafesinde gezilecek yerlere gidebiliyorsunuz. 5 yıldızli otel degil tabiki ama fiyat performans bir otel kesinlikle tekrar gidince kalacagim yer olur.

Consiglio a tutti questo hotel nel cuore del vecchio quartiere, personale disponibile e gentile,stanze pulitissime e spaziose.Colazione.superlativa. È talmente bello che ci siamo fermati un'altra notte.Poi per noi che siamo in moto,a pochi minuti a piedi,non più di 5, c'è un parcheggio controllato.Hotel da 10 e lode.

My first impression was very bad. I arrived after many hours of travel and at reception I repeatedly asked for Wi-Fi so that I could use translation and speak with people… They would never give it to me. I had a picture of a room with one double bed and one single bed, and they took me to a very dark room with only one small bed and very small room. I asked for another one, and it was a little bit better, but there was no Wi-Fi there. All this time someone had to be carrying my luggage from one building to another because actually the hotel is about three or four different buildings. It is advertised on one other site, but under a different name, so it was confusing to find it because when I asked about it, no one recognized the name, because generally, it goes by the name on the rival site. I felt like it was bait and switch. I have to say, though, the management was very good about showing me one room after another until I was finally satisfied, although I never did find the room that was in the picture that I had originally really liked. After that, the experience was great, I was finally given Wi-Fi and could apologize and say I wish we had been able to communicate from the beginning so many misunderstandings would not have taken place. I don’t know why it seemed so difficult for them just to give me a password and reception , so that I would feel comfortable telling them my needs. The area was amazingly beautiful. Short distance downhill from main avenue and services.

Fiyat performans diyebilirim. Güleryüzlü çalışan, güzel bir kahvaltı ve temiz bir oda. Tek eksik odanın tam vaktinde hazır olmamasıydı ama sonrasında hemen uygun bir oda ayarlandı.

Odalardan birinde baza sorunluydu bunu görevliye defalarca soylememize rağmen çözüm uretemediler . Bir de kahvaltı hazırlanırken yapılan kızartmalarin kokusu çok ağır oluyor. Bunların yanında cazip tarafi konum olarak merkezi yerde bir olması.

Konak güzel olsa da temizlik ciddi bir sorun. Odalar tozlu, genel anlamda pis. Duş rutubet ve mantar içinde, duştaki su bütün tuvalete taşıyor.

Oda soğuk klima cok ses çıkarıyordu ve ısıtmıyor insanlar soğuk davranışlı. Kahvaltıda sıcak hiçbir şey yok çeşitlilik çok azdı. Saat 12 olmadan odaya gelip çıkmamızı söylediler bu çok ayıp bence toparlandığımızı söylememize rağmen tekrar gelip söylediler. Kısacası bir daha kalmam.
