The hotel has undergone renovations and is immaculate. There is a middle selection for breakfast. The personnel are courteous.

I stayed here for a week and overall had i had an enjoyable experience. The hotel is relatively new, the staff are all kind, and the location is about ten minutes walk from the old town. Good room with the exception of the shower, but no fridge. Housekeeping did incredibly well. A few drawbacks - Shower didnt drain properly, so after 30 seconds you are standing in water. I reported this to the front desk on the second day but nobody ever fixed it. Wifi was unstable and frequently cut off. No real coffee at breakfast, just instant. Overall, this place is good value and if the above issues were addressed, ill stay here again.

The hotel offers excellent service with a rating of 5 stars. The rooms are clean, and the location is ideal, right in front of markantalya mall and main market. Breakfast is also delicious, the staff is very helpful and understanding. Highly recommended!.

This is a good city hotel, with clean and modern rooms and good wifi. Its located very close to crowded street so it is very noisy if you open the windows in your room. Windows look out into nearby buildings and on t streets. Overall its ok place to stay for ten nights when visiting the city.

This hotel is truly remarkable. From the rooms to the staff, everything was flawless. The manager was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to assist us. It boasted a spacious and luxurious space. There was nothing negative to say about this hotel. Additionally, the cleaners meticulously cleaned the room and regularly replenishethe refrigerator each time.

The location was good, but the streets around it were completely destroyed so be prepared for that. Breakfast was great but they didnt serve fresh coffee, only the ones in packages. The room was nice and modern. But we had to ask for cleaning every day because if you didn't ask, the cleaning lady wouldnt do it. I still recommend this hotel because it has great value for money quality.

The room layout is very modern and very clean. The staff are very helpful, especially the manager. He will go out of his way to help with taxis and directions. Breakfast is a buffet with dozens of fresh food. Would definitely stay there again.

I will most certainly return. Dont go anywhere else, its my second time in turkey from the uk, and i was pleased with the level of service and quality. Excellent customer service from genuine people. The rooms are quite modern and immaculate. Good location as well, everything is easily accessible. Many thanks for everything.

Saya mengunjungi Judo Grand Slam di Antalya selama 3 hari dan sedang mencari hotel yang bagus. Singkatnya, saya harus mengatakan bahwa Grand Nergiz Otel bahkan melebihi harapan saya. Hotel baru dengan tampilan yang berselera tinggi, terawat dengan baik, dan bersih di lokasi yang strategis. Tepat di seberang mal besar, dekat pelabuhan dan kota tua, hampir semuanya dapat dicapai dengan berjalan kaki. Trem berangkat langsung ke bandara, yang berjarak 200 meter. Bus beroperasi ke segala arah. Kamar-kamarnya bergaya dan dilengkapi dengan perabotan fungsional. Sarapan prasmanan berlimpah dan menawarkan sesuatu untuk setiap selera. Rasio harga atau kinerja tepat. Saya akhirnya menghabiskan 6 malam di sana. Saya cukup beruntung berada di puncak lantai 9 dengan pemandangan kota, laut, dan pegunungan.

The location is excellent and the price is reasonable. Every day, there are various breakfast options available. Helpful prebooking over the phone. Definitely make reservations overthephone for better rates! The only issue is that there is more soundproofing.

The grand nergiz otel is a positive experience, thanks to the housemaid, the place is immaculate. The room is peaceful and equipped well. Mehmet, Berat, Ozlen, and Melissa are also very kind and helpful. For instance, we had rent scooters, which we were allowed to park in the hotels facilities. They are knowledgeable about the area and can provide valuable information. I recommend this hotel.
