The rooms are really small and it is hard to unpack clothes, but good things are clean. The food is quite repetitive, lots of chicken, rice, salad, bread, and no english tea and no ice cream, which is disappointing because we had taken our grandchild. But for the staff they are very unhelpful and don't speak English. They don't even provide coffee machines, the coffee maker is not working well, the service is very disappointing.

Arrived to find that we had exceeded our expectations! We were then sent to a hotel called sidelifeit should have a watchdog there dirty, hair in the fridge, urine on the bed, dirty cups went back to hera and said we couldnt stay there for another night. We were put in the sun club sidewhich was nice, clean, comfortable and we could shower. We then stayed at hera so that was our first day of the holiday and not a good start. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was not nice, but the salad was nice, most nights it was a rat race for food, food was cold, repetitive, and there are wonderful barscafes nearby the hotel. The side itself is beautiful, historic, safe, and friendly. If I went again I would pay more and go to a fivestar hotel without a doubt. The harbor is beautiful, you can walk for miles. Very inexpensive to eat out and drink. Boat trips are great there. And the sea is very warm and clean. So you live and learn, dont return to this hotel, there are many problems that could be resolved.

Excellent location, tidy but tiny rooms. The personnel is untrained in their language skills, although I also speak English, Russian, and German outside of my native Hungary, but they are nice. The food is not particularly delicious, with no meat slices, just small cubes in some sauce, chicken, and fish, and no lamb, despite the fact that it is very popular and good in the country. There is no ice cream, and many bland salads. In the bar, beverages are served in plastic glasses, which are either disposable or look like glasses for holding tooth brushes. It is incredibly convenient to never find in European hotels to have taps for washing your rear end.
