Hotel yang bagus di lokasi yang bagus. Layanan yang sangat baik. Sarapan enak. Dari teras Anda bisa melihat balon lepas landas di pagi hari. Satu-satunya downside adalah akses jalan yang sangat menanjak dan kualitas permukaannya buruk. Batu, pasir, dan banyak lubang.

The lovely hotel is fantastic, neat and clean on a budget. Easy checkin process. The staff is warm and friendly. They were very accommodating and attended to all our needs. We loved every minute of our stay. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance.

The hotel is in a prime location for viewing the sunrise and hot air ballon. Sam was a fantastic host who upgraded our room and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. We had a great time and had a great time in cave suite.

Hotel ini sangat menakjubkan, Anda bisa pergi ke sana dengan mata tertutup. Terletak ideal di jantung kota dan tepat di sebelah sudut. Staf yang menyenangkan dan sangat membantu. Excellent service, the hotel organized all our transfers and activities. The cave room was spacious and had a large bathroom. Wifi was not very good, but that is expected in cave hotels. The location was ideal, close to the town center, restaurants, and hammam.

Kamarnya sangat indah. Semuanya didekorasi dengan sempurna. Dek observasi yang luar biasa. Saya tidak terlalu suka sarapannya. Mentimun, tomat, keju, dan roti. Kami mengharapkan lebih banyak. Mungkin kami pernah ke hotel lain dan melihat variasi dengan biaya lebih rendah Jacuzzi di kamar juga rusak. Kami melaporkannya, tetapi diberitahu bahwa kami tidak tahu cara menggunakannya. Setelah upaya kedua, air dari jacuzzi membanjiri seluruh bak mandi dan baru setelah itu mereka meminta maaf kepada kami dan memeriksa kamar kami. Lucky for us, we stayed at this hotel for 2 nights due to electricity issues, and this hotel was very kind to us from the start. The room was very nice, with a living room, double bed, one single bed, and a nice bathroom. They gave us so many activities that we wanted to realize, such as atv riding and route tours in cappadocia, unlike the weather we couldnt see balloons, but the experience was amazing thanks to them. Thank you for changing to this hotel last minute, and thank you so much to the receptionist.

Will stay there again when in cappadocia. One of the best places ive stayed in, and i have seen many hotels in turkey. The balloons are perfectly visible, the staff is very nice and welcoming. The location is right in the middle and the rooms are like caves.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is also very good as you can see the balloons flying from the terrace in the morning. I highly recommend this place.

If you want to visit goreme and cappadocia, this hotel is in a great location. Around cappadocia, there are several important points of interest and a wide variety of companies that offer various services. The bathrooms and rooms are both large. They have lovely lighting inside them. The breakfast is amazing and the wauter is very nice, but he doesnt speak any english at all. The receptionists can speak english well. The service via text before arriving at the hotel is acceptable, not the best, but adequate. Improvements are made. The receptionist on the first night promised us he would move us to another room the next day, but he never did. The second morning, another receptionist informed us that he would send someone to clean the dust and stones in the bathroom, but they never came. They did not clean the room at all, they did not even make the bed. Nothing. And for a 1000 tl per night room, i find this unacceptable. Upon booking, it says free private parking, but the parking is on the street. So not very true. This hotel offers to book your activities, do not do it. They charge about 20% more for doing what you can do by surfing the internet in a few minutes. I must add that this happened in february, when they had enough staff and not many customers, i cant imagine what it would be like if they were all booked. Overall, if i went to goreme, i wouldnt come to this hotel. Its sad because the location, the size of the room, the breakfast, and the waiter were all excellent, but there are some bottom lines that a hotel should have, and in this case, they are scarce.

Kami memesan kamar deluxe cave dan di kamar mandi ada lampu yang rusak, shower tidak berfungsi, dan baunya banyak jamur. Tidak layak membayar lebih, padahal kamarnya lebih besar dari standard double. Tempatnya sangat bagus, meskipun semua hotel di sana serupa. Sarapannya sangat sempurna. Di sisi lain, lebih baik membawa banyak uang dalam euro karena naik balon juga dikenakan biaya dalam euro dan transfer bandara, sama seperti turnya.

Overall, i would recommend this place. In cappadocia, this is a lovely location! The staff was extremely helpful and kind, and the location was excellent, with lovely views from the terrace and close to the viewing area. We received excellent care and the breakfast was excellent, the best watermelon ever. The room was adequate, but the airflow was subpar (probably due to the cavestyle room) and the bathroom had a foul odor. Parking should be available near the hotel unless you arrive very late.
