Our stay was truly delightful. Sina, in particular, was a remarkable member of the staff. He went above and beyond to meet our every need, providing exceptional service that made us feel right at home. The hotel room also featured all the necessary selfservice appliances. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near taskim square and other attractions. A grocery store is directly across the street, and there is a fantastic kebob restaurant across the street. Your stay here will undoubtedly be enjoyable.

I stayed at the hotel from 1 st until 10 th march 2022. For the first 3 days everything was fine, my room was cleaned properly and breakfast was available but after that the room cleaning was very poor. I complained to the receptionist but it was the same with dirty floors. My wife cleaned the room by herself getting the mop and broom from the hotel staff. The room was good overall and the owner of the hotel was very cooperative on the other hand. All the main receptionists in the morning and evening were also very cooperative. One thing i would like to mention here is that once guests check out and its their last day at the hotel, the staff changes their attitude and gives a bad impression of their hospitality knowing that we stayed for 10 days. Please be good to your guests as you get your salary from the rent we pay while staying at your hotel. Otherwise no one wants to return with the same hospitality. Thank you.

The room we stayed in was clean, spacious, and nicely decorated. Although you have to climb a steep hill to get to the hotel, this is a great place to stay if you want to be near taksim square. The staff are very friendly and always smiling. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Istanbul!.

It was such a clean place with friendly staff and it is really close to the taksim and Istiklal street. They hava 24 hours reception desk who can speak English very well so you will not have any problem. Everything was prefect

We stayed here for 10 nights at a very cheap price due to their excellent service. The room was clean when we arrived. Sulaiman at the front desk was very polite and helpful. They cleaned the room every day, changed towels and bedding every second day, and provided us with water, tea, coffee and toiletries every day. The hotel itself is very safe. Doors and windows are soundproof. The location is great, close to taksim square, the metro, istiqlal street and restaurants, all within a minutes walk of the hotel.

The rooms are nice. The location is a bit off the road. It requires too much walking. About 10 -15 minutes walk from major public transportation points. Takshim square is a 10minute walk. Bus connectivity from and to the airport.

Lokasinya bagus, tetapi ada pendakian yang melelahkan. Kebersihannya luar biasa. Staf luar biasa, tersenyum dan sangat sopan. Tempatnya aman dan ada resepsionis 24 jam. Namun, sayangnya tempat tidurnya agak tidak nyaman. Kurangnya isolasi suara Kamar berukuran kecil terkadang cukup untuk dua orang saja, dan jika jumlahnya lebih banyak, sebaiknya pesan kamar lain. Pengalaman yang bagus. Yang paling saya sukai adalah staf hotel dan pemilik hotel. Perawatannya sangat canggih. Dia berusaha melayani Anda, membantu Anda, dan memberikan yang terbaik yang dia bisa.

Hotel ini sangat direkomendasikan bagi anak muda yang lebih mirip laki-laki. Kamar-kamarnya bagus, didekorasi dengan gaya Art Nouveau dan bersih, tempat tidurnya bersih dan nyaman, serta kamar mandinya juga bersih dan modern. Dapur kecil dengan ketel, kompor, kulkas mini, dan piring. Seperti hampir semua kamar hotel, ada AC di setiap kamar. Kesimpulan untuk kamar: sangat bagus dengan sedikit uang. Tidak banyak yang bisa dikatakan tentang hotel itu sendiri. Mengapa Anda ingin melihat Istanbul dan tidak menginap di hotel? Direktur hotel Gokmen Bey adalah tuan rumah yang sangat baik dan yang terpenting, dia adalah pemberi tip yang baik. Taksim dapat dicapai dengan sangat cepat dengan berjalan kaki dari hotel ini, yaitu dalam waktu 5 menit, Anda dapat berkembang. Sayangnya, kawasan sekitar hotel bukanlah tempat yang bagus untuk nongkrong hingga larut malam. Oleh karena itu, hotel ini sama sekali tidak direkomendasikan untuk wanita atau keluarga. I adore it. Excellent breakfast. Although the room is small, it has everything you need in taksim. Fair cost. The guys there are really helpful. They advise taking taxis.

The place is clean, new, and wellfurnished. They allowed early checkin which i really appreciate. However, the location is very lacking. Its located in a much older rundown area of the town, which can be intimidating for first time arrivals to the country. Havaist bus taksim stop is quite a distance away, with very steep slopes to drag luggage. The rooms can constantly hear cars honking and people yelling outside the street.

The location is close to taxiim square, bus stops, and metro. The apartments are very clean. The kitchen is small and has basic equipment so you can enjoy fresh fish and prawns you buy near the galata tower. The street is quiet with shops so you can buy anything you need. The staff is very friendly. Nice terrace on the 3rd floor. Recently renovated. No problem with heating and water. Enough storage space to store all the things of 2 people for a week. The receptionists were nice and friendly. The wifi is good. You will be satisfied!.

The receptionist is helpful, nice, and cooperative. The whole staff is very kind. The breakfast is very good, the room sounds good, but needs more to be better. I like how they try to make the room comfortable, but thats what you get when you pay for the night. The main issue i found is that there is no free parking, you have to pay extra for the parking. Its perfect for those who want to go to taksim square, too close to taksim maydan.

The only downside is that the room isnt soundproof, you can hear conversations from the next door, and the road is very steep, so you have to climb up to reach taksim square. The room is quite spacious and fully furnished. The cooking equipment is also complete, from the pan until the cutlery sets.
