Personal war wunderbar, die haben um einen super gekümmert & gut weitergeholfen. Hinzu wurde das Zimmer jeden Tag gründlich gesäubert. Es gab zwar Zimmernachbarn, die sehr laut waren, aber dafür kann das Hotel nichts. Empfehle es gerne weiter! (: Bedenke bei diesem Hotel muss man zum Taksimplatz sehr steil hinaufgehen, außer man ruft sich einen Taxi. Die Kosten liegen im Schnitt aktuell ( Januar 2026) bei 175 Türkische Lira.

I had a great experience with this hotel. The staff were very kind and professional, and the service was excellent. I booked a room for my parents, and at first they had a small concern and wanted to change their room. The team handled it very quickly and did their best to make sure my parents were satisfied. They were truly respectful and helpful. I really recommend this hotel, especially for anyone who needs to visit the VFS center.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, thanks to Mahmood and the entire staff. Unfortunately, my husband broke his foot during our trip and we needed to rent a wheelchair. We had originally booked two nights and tried to return home early, but when that wasn’t possible, Mahmood managed to extend our stay for two additional nights even though the hotel was fully booked. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. They guided us on accessible places to visit given our situation, allowed us to stay in the room past checkout, and arranged a taxi to the airport. Their kindness and support made a huge difference. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding staff, excellent facilities, and great location.
