Otel sahipleri cok ilgiliydi bos yer oldugu için odalarımızı ücretsiz bir şekilde upgrade ettiler. isle ilgili bir şeyi halletmek adına rica ettiğimde bilgisayarlarını kullanmama izin verdikleri icin de ayrıca teşekkür ederim. Gezilecek yerler konusunda da bilgilendiriyorlar. Otel Kahvaltısı gayet güzel ve yeterliydi. Acikcasi keyifli bir deneyim oldu bizim icin, herkese tavsiye ediyorum, ben de zaten tekrar rezervasyon yaptırdım yakın zamanda tekrar konaklayacağım.

Ortahisar merkeze 5 goreme acik hava muzesine 8 dakika uzaklikta olan harika odalari, sicakkanli isletmecileri ve muazzam otesi kahvaltilariyla bizce harika bir konaklama yeri.odlardaki double yataklari inanilmaz rahat ve odalari oldukca temiz. Her odanin ayri internet modemi olmasi cok guzel.

My wife, two children (ages 4 and 11 months) stated in the Mahzen Cave Hotel for 3 nights. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely plan on returning next time we come to Cappadocia. The hotel grounds are really beautiful and spacious. Our room was actually carved into the rock and we were living in a cave. The room was spacious. The hotel was recently built and so the rooms are decorated with a modern yet classic style. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. The bathroom included a shower and a Turkish bath. The staff was very helpful and ready to give suggestions on activities to do, where to eat, best way to get to the bus station and air port. They provided an endless supply of bottled water. Breakfast was included and really tasty and more than our family could finish each morning. The hotel is located about a ten minute drive from Goreme, and cost about 25 to 35 tl to get into town by taxi. The hotel has excellent views of the castle and surrounding areas with old structures dating back to the turn of the 20th century. The staff speak decent English, and we're accommodating of our late check-in.

Ein sehr schönes Familienhotel, welches von einem sehr sympathischem Ehepaar geführt wird. Wir haben sogar auf Wunsch eine kleine zimmerführung bekommen und ich muss sagen, jedes Zimmer ist individuell wunderschön. Das Frühstück ist super lecker mit hausgemachten Beilagen. Die Lage ist optimal und sehr schön ruhig. Das Hauspersonal ist sehr sehr bemüht. Vielen Dank auch dafür. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Kappadokien reisen, werden wir definitiv das selbe Hotel buchen.

The view from the castle is fantastic. A fantastic place to stay in Cappadocia away from the main cities. The staff is 5, you can name it and you will get it. But as this is not a hotel more a guest house, you cannot expect hotel facilities. Breakfast like a grandma's house with great homemade bread.

This place really deserves a high rating. We stayed for two nights for the balloon flight. They organized everything for us. The hotel manager is very helpful to the guest. The breakfast is very large and has a variety of food. This hotel is not cheap anywhere else in Cappadocia.

I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable vacation and memories. The hotel is very modern and has a very beautiful appearance. The rooms are quite clean and spacious, with automatic decorations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They gave us great recommendations for where to eat and see, what activities to do, and they arranged shuttle services to the airport for us. The Turkish breakfast was pretty delicious and we were very satisfied with it. My. Speak was our tour guide and he showed us around the city. He explained the history of the city and took our photos in the most popular places. He is a very pleasant person with a lot of jokes! I would appreciate my. Speak, min, and tarun for everything that made my trip to Cappadocia so exciting and amazing.

The view from the terrace is amazing. The room is beautifully decorated. The cafe and restaurant area is welcoming and warm and we really enjoyed the food which was just delicious. I really enjoyed interacting with the staff, they really seem happy to work here. We enjoyed relaxing in the cafe at night and playing cards.

Temizlik ve hizmet mükemmeldi. Ancak internet çok kötüydü can çekiştik resmen. Konsept mağara olduğundan asla telefonlar odalarda internet hizmeti vermiyordu. Ayrıca kaldığımız odadaki duş başlığında kireçlenme vardı ve konforlu bir duş alınamıyordu. Onun dışında kahvaltı, temizlik, hizmet ve Güler yüz muhteşemdi. Tekrar tercih etmeyi planlıyorum ve tavsiye edeceğim.
