I had the best time in turkey. It was really convenient to get to both the tram and the metro, both of which are located on the same street as the hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Super clean. Housekeeping is done regularly. Every day, the breakfast buffet is delicious and offers a variety of options. Their luco restaurant is incredibly tasty and serves ten large servings. There is also irritan store and medical center directly across the street, which is quite handy. All major tourist attractions are within walking distance. Being able to stay out until late at night is extremely safe because it is an important tourist destination and restaurants are open until later in the evening.

The hotel is very nice. The condition is exactly like in the photo! The staff are very kind and willing to help you with anything you need! Daily cleaning in room which is really important! Breakfast is delicious and different every day! Location is quite close to tram and attractions! Thank you! Pantelisandpenny.

Staff 10/10 Mevlid and Abdullah were very helpful and kind when we extended our stay twice. Same price, not increased. Breakfast 9.8/10 They change it every day so the variety is great, very delicious and great service. The coffee machine is instant coffee which is the only negative. Location 11/10 Best hotel ever. Short walk from tourist attractions in sultanahmet. Sirkeci station for the marmaray line is right next to it and connects you to anywhere in Istanbul. Eminonu for ferry and busses is just a few minutes walk. Room 8/10 We stayed in 3 different rooms, all of which were perfectly cleaned and comfortable. Shower was too small in one. People and bar music played loudly downstairs until 11 pm. Will stay here again and recommend it to anyone who loves comfort, location, and good food with great staff.

Awesome service. Incredibly convenient. Only a 10 minute walk to the main area. Very comfortable and traditional. Restaurant is conveniently underneath the restaurant which leads to a street of restaurants. Can’t wait to go back.

Very conveniently located within a 5 minute walk from tourist attractions such as Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sofia and Sultanahmet (Blue) Mosque, and a little further out is Galata Bridge, Spice Markets and the Grand Bazaar. Also only a minute walk from the hotel is Gulhane station connecting you to the rest of the city. Staff at reception were very friendly, welcoming and helpful in making recommendations. A nice Turkish breakfast is offered in the adjacent group hotel. Room cleanliness was OK, butcould have been improved. Noise from the hotel lobby travelled easily so occasionally got noisy. Room size was quite small but perfectly reasonable. Great location, hospitality & value: perfect for a cheap city break if you are going to spending most of your time exploring the city.

Excellent location for visiting the major attractions such as the haagia Sophia and blue mosque. Very clean. The front desk staff is very friendly, helpful, and lovely. Yes, the rooms/bathrooms may be on the small side compared to us, but not by european standards, so who cares. Hopefully, when you visit the beautiful and historic city of birmingham, you will only spend a little time in your hotel.

The location is ideal in the historic city of instanbul. All tourist attractions are within walking distance (Hagia safiya, Topkapi palace, Basilica Cistern, and Bosphorus Ferries). The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Thank you to mr. Abdullah for lending us his transportation card when we were confused on how to get to Taksim. The reason we gave 3 stars is because the furniture and appliances in rooms are old. Mini fridge doesnt work. Also, the cleaning lady forgot to top up shower gels on some days and to give slippers. Breakfast is alright but the same every day. We stayed for 10 nights, it would be nice to see more variety next time. Overall a good experience!.

An amazing hotel. The staff is very nice and friendly. We had a problem with transport to the airport. They immediately helped us with everything and fixed rescheduling. I absolutely recommend this hotel because of the friendly staff.
