Şimdiye kadar kaldığım en temiz güvenilir ve güler yüzlü oteldi. Konumu manzarası avlusı ve kahvaltısı çok güzeldi. Çalışan arkadaşlar çok kibar çok efendiydi.

The property is at a convenient location, 5 minutes walk away from the Main Street. With parking available. Staff is extremely helpful & accommodating, providing an excellent service. Highly recommended for guests looking for a unique stay. As the rooms are very authentic with a variety of layouts to suits your needs.

Konak yer olarak sehir dokusuyla uyumlu ,temizve güzeldi..Merdivenlerle eski çarşiya çikilabiliyordu.Personel çok yardimsever ve iyiydi.Tek problem araç park yeriydi.Genelde çok memnun kaldık.

Konum olarak eski Mardin ana caddeye çok uzak olmasa da biraz merdiven çıkmak ve labirent gibi sokaklarda kaybolmadan bulmak zor oluyor. Hizmet ve odalarda ki durum iyi. Sabah kahvaltısi yok.

The hotel was able to accommodate me and my bicycle, which is great. Mardin is not a great city for cycling - so bicycle travelers beware! The breakfast at hotel was pretty good and the room was comfortable.

2 gece için rezervasyon yaptık. İlk gece kaldığımız oda deli gibi rutubet kokuyordu, tuvalette ayna yoktu, poşet çay koymuşlar ama kattle yok. Sonraki gece odayı değiştirdiler. Gitmeden önce size bodrumdaki odayı verirlerse mutlaka itiraz edin yoksa rezil olursunuz.

Lokasi nya tidak cocok jika anda bepergian tanpa menggunakan mobil pribadi. Karena banyak tangga dan menanjak. Staf sangat ramah dan helpful. Namun jika anda hanya ingin staycation dihotel ini, tidak masalah. Karena kamarnya sangat indah.
