Fantastic vacation. The gym is fantastic, and the best trainer ive ever been to on holiday is erkan. Erkan is an excellent fitness instructor. Every morning, i work out for an hour at the gym. Im looking forward to seeing ekan in march for the fourweek vacation ill be taking in this hotel the same as this year. Thank you so much, sir merkan, youre not just a fitness teacher but now hes incredibly special friend.

The room was clean and we probably will return. This was our first time here, and the staff was friendly. The food was delicious, although i didnt go into the pools, they were heated. We adore cats, so it was nice to see some in the hotel. Although we never had a change to visit e la carte restaurants, we heard that was good.

The hotel is truly exceptional, offering exceptional hospitality. Its allinclusive experience was unquestionably worthwhile. There are numerous activities available for everyone, and the food and aftersupper program were exceptional. I highly recommend it.

It was an amazing experience. They had the best cuisine and clean pools. I must mention their animation crew, they are lovely, kind, and fun. Ramo in particular will make you feel like youre with your friends even if you come here alone.

The hotel and grounds are lovely. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Both the grounds and the beach are amazing. Although a little worn out, the rooms are still comfortable. Food is repetitive, as with most allinclusives. Al carte restaurant is good. Would definitely come back.

The hotel is spotless and conveniently located. I just got home last night! Wonderful place to stay, the staff is friendly and helpful, and nothing is too much trouble. Drinks are occasionally a touch strong. Forgot the mixers. There is something for everyone, varying options, so those who complain that there is nothing for them are their choice. Lots of sun loungers and places to go in the sun. A great beach and lots of pools to choose from. Although the hotels heated pool was like idyll, it was ideal for water aerobics, although ive been laughing most of the time. Four friends without any coordination between us. The spa is excellent we visited twice, with very professional staff and topnotch services. We had taiksha bath and massage, followed by returning for hot stones and deep tissue massage. Both were fantastic and highly recommended.

The hotel is beautiful. Super is the best man, and the staff is lovely. We visited lima lara last year, but sherwood exclusive is incredibly good and has helpful personnel. The day and entertainment are the finest weve seen. Without a doubt, well return. Many thanks to the Sherwin staff.

We enjoyed playing botoc on the beach in the afternoon and the lunch at the seaside cafe was delicious. Hairsaloon is very professional and very reasonably priced. Antoni and his wife and two guys are very friendly and welcoming. There were 8 of us there to celebrate a birthday and it ticked all boxes. So impressed we have booked again next year.

The hotel is stunning. Most of the hotel was of very high quality. The bathroom was the worst part. They love a bit of clear silicone to fill gaps and it could have used sanitizing. However, the views are amazing, staff are very friendly, welcoming and attentive and the food is delicious. There is so much to do there around the clock and we felt spoiled by the staff they cant do enough for you. Restaurants are large and there is always plenty of seating. You can choose your own room so if you dont want to sit with families, groups, and children, there are quieter rooms for ages 16. Excellent food every day at each meal. Beach bar was great and served from 12 pm. Lots of pools and ponds, all very clean and well maintained. Its quiet and has lots of sun loungers. I liked that you couldnt reserve loners with towels before 8.30 am, as the employees remove them. Hotel also has n beautiful grounds, lovely shops and nice little piattiserie. Rooms were cleaned and minibar restocked every morning. Safe in the wardrobe wasnt screwed down and could be moved, which was ok but we thought our stuff was safe there. Lovely little balcony overlooking the grounds and sea. Entertainment was good, especially at night at the beach bar. Will definitely return to sherwood exclusive.

Wow, i booked this through love holiday. This is the best hotel ive ever stayed in. The staff are very attentive, the food selection on the buffet full inclusive is excellent, and the beach access with sun lingers, beach bar is great. Rooms are lovely, bars, reception, all areas are well maintained. Nice gym too. One minor drawback was being pestered by the spa staff to book and pay for a turkish massage which wasnt included in the hotel deal.

This is not a 5star vacation, as the photos demonstrate. The hotel itself appears to be struggling or not maintained for some time. Large, heated indoor and outdoor pools. Excellent spa facilities such as hamman, steam room, and sauna. Rooms are not always wellkept, with thick dust on the counters and floors. Friendly children animation lady who loves working with kids. Spa gowns were not provided daily, which was inconvenient because we had to ask for them every day and they were discolored and old. A blonde woman at the lobby bar needs to learn customer service because she is quite rude to customers. Food is monotonous and repetitive, there isnt much variety when it comes to changing dishes. Also, the quality is subpar compared to other hotels we stayed at that had themed dinners. For instance, our dinner rolls had mold underneath them, but we gladly saw it before eating. Kitchenware, cutlery, cups, etc. When we went out to eat, we found the plates to smell like vomit, so it was annoying because cleaning them wasnt done very well. Cats roam the dining area when you ate, this was very unclean and dangerous if you are allergic to pet hair. They occasionally jumped on chairs and pooped in the restaurant area. Mr. Jobing at his salad bar is rude and needs improvement in customer care. Without permission, your child
