Saya menginap di Taksim Suasana Hati pada tanggal 1115 Desember Saat saya cek out ada barang saya yang tertinggal di hotel, saya meminta tolong kepada Aziz untuk mengirimkan barang saya ke Jakarta Indonesia dengan biaya kirim yang akan saya tanggung. Tapi Aziz tidak merespon dengan sangat baik, bahkan hampir tidak balas chat saya sampai akhirnya dia mengkonfirmasi bahwa barang saya hilang di hotel sangat tidak masuk akal karena banyak CCTV di hotel tersebut dan akan menggantinya dengan transfer uang. Setelah saya kirim bukti pembelian, Aziz kembali tidak respon dan Aziz tidak bertanggung jawab atas barang saya sendiri dengan mengatakan bahwa dia tidak bekerja di Taksi Hati dan memblokir nomor saya. Soalnya, saya sangat tidak merekomendasikan Anda untuk tinggal di Taksis hati. Saya merasa seperti serangan ganda karena saya tidak bisa menulis dan kehilangan uang saya di sini.

My husband and I stayed at this location for three nights. With early check-in, they let us get to our room and didn't charge us. I'm very grateful to them again for this and all their kindness. The location is excellent because it's close to many local restaurants, bus stops, and metro stations. It's almost in Istanal and very close to Takumi Square. Streets are constantly crowded and noisy. Our room was on the fifth level, the highest. You could use the elevator to get to the fourth level and take the stairs to the fifth. The elevator was tiny but helpful considering the shape of the stairs the room was small but enough for two people. The cleanliness of the room was acceptable although they do not change the sheets or towels on a daily basis. They wash the bathroom floor and make the bed every morning. Toilet paper, shampoo, and liquid soap were the only toiletries in the bathroom and they would always provide them. The staff is extremely kind and helpful, and they try to help, and they speak English well. In their semi lobby, they provide free tea, coffee, and water and you can park your luggage there if you have an early or late check in. The shower was small but most of the time hot water was available and water pressure was good. The toilet was also small.

The area is always busy and lively. Our room was on the fifth level, the highest, and you could use the elevator to the fourth floor and the stairs to the fifth. The elevator was tiny but a good thing given the stairs' shape. The room was small but enough for two people. The room's cleanliness was acceptable, but the toilets did not change the bed linens or towels on a daily basis. They wash the bathroom ground and make the bed every morning. Toilet paper, shampoo, and liquid soap were the only toiletries found in the bathroom and they would provide it every day. The staff are really nice and try to help and they know enough English. They provide free tea, coffee and water in their semi-lobby and you can put your bags there in case of early or late check-in The shower was small but most of the time hot water was available and water pressure was good.

The elevator was small, but it was a good thing considering the shape of the stairs. Although small, the space was small but sufficient for two people. Even though they do not change the sheets or towels on a daily basis, the room's cleanliness was satisfactory. They wash the bathroom's floor and make the bed every morning. Toilet paper, shampoo, and liquid soap were the only amenities available in the bathroom, and they would offer them every day. The staff is extremely kind, they try to help you and they are fluent in English. In their semi-lobby, they give free tea, coffee, and water for free, and you may take your luggage there in case of early or late check-in. The shower was tiny, but most of the time hot water was available and water pressure was decent. The toilet was also small.

This location was open to tourists. This place has a pretty good location. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights. The elevator was small but good because of the shape of the stairs. Our room was on the fifth floor, the highest floor. You could use the stairs to the fifth and use the elevator to the fourth floor. Room cleanliness was acceptable although they don't change beds or towels on a daily basis. Toilet paper, shampoo, and liquid soap were the only toiletries in the bathroom and were provided every day. I'm very kind and try to help you and speaks English well. They also provide free tea, coffee, and water in the semi-lobby and can store your luggage in case of early or late check in. Our room was on the fifth floor, which was the most common floor. You could use the elevator to the fifth floor and take the stairs to the fifth floor.
