The location is good, very close to the Hagia Sophia and the blue mosque. The room is spacious and not luxurious, but worth the price. The breakfast is good with soup, yogurt, eggs, vegetables, fruit, cheese and more. The night manager, sezgin, helped us with a solution before check in.5.0/531 Jan 2025

Hotelnya sederhana tapi bersih. Resepsionisnya berada di bawah tapi tidak masalah dan pelayanannya sangat baik, terutama abang Mustafa yang bisa berbahasa arab, pemuda yang baik. Lokasinya sangat bagus. The location is good, and the staff is very friendly. I arrived without warning because i missed my connecting flight home so ended up staying in Istanbul. My relatives had already checked in as they planned to stay at the hotel for a few days so when i arrived they were able to give me and my family a room for the night as there was nothing else available. It would mean i had to check out the next day but after breakfast i checked at the reception and luckily 2 rooms were free so i booked them immediately for the rest of my stay. I didnt like the options available during breakfast but otherwise perfect location in the sultan Ahmet area. Very close to the blue mosque and the hagia shinja mosque as only a 5 -10 minute walk. Once again the staff at the reception were very accommodating and made me feel very welcome in Istanbul. I didnt have a planned stay but it turned out to be a blessing in disguise as i had a very pleasant time once i settled in at the hotel and the kids loved the city. I would definitely stay at the hotel again because of the staffs welcoming and accommodating my requests in a difficult situation. They also spoke good english which helped us much with communication when we wanted information about what to do in the city and places to visit. Also the room service ladies were very friendly and helpful. Keep up the good work. I will definitely visit Istanbul again and would not hesitate to use this hotel again.5.0/57 Jan 2025

Hotel yang bagus di kota tua. Masjid Biru, Hagia Sophia, dan Istana Topkapi dapat dicapai dalam 5- 15 menit berjalan kaki. Ulasan Azade Suites. Lokasi hotel 5 titik, sangat nyaman. Pertama, dekat dengan segalanya (tempat wisata, transportasi, kafe) dan kedua, ini bukan jalan tersibuk, cukup sepi. Anda disambut dengan sangat baik, ramah, dan siap membantu Sami. Kamarnya sendiri sedikit berbeda dari yang kami harapkan, karena foto Onetwotrip ada campuran suite dan keluarga. Tapi secara keseluruhan kamarnya 4 poin. TV tidak berfungsi dengan baik, baterai baru diganti pada hari terakhir, padahal saya sengaja mengeluarkannya dan menaruhnya di meja. Hal yang saya tidak sukai: layanan kebersihan. Sesampainya di sana tidak ada sabun atau sampo, mereka memberikannya kepada kami di resepsi, tetapi keesokan harinya, wanita pembersih mengambil semuanya lagi, dia aneh. Tisu toilet juga, rasanya mereka sengaja mengeluarkan gulungan ekstra, jadi saya harus pergi ke resepsi. Hari terakhir tidak ada air panas, saya pikir petugas kebersihan yang mematikan air panas untuk kami. Tidak ada pembaruan kopi dan teh. Pada hari pertama, petugas kebersihan mengusir kami sepenuhnya, meskipun kami tidak punya waktu untuk berpakaian dan mengetuk pintu sebanyak lima kali. Secara keseluruhan, satu-satunya hal yang tidak berhasil adalah dengan petugas kebersihan, jika tidak, hotel ini tidak buruk, tetapi tentu saja tidak layak mendapat 4 bintang (tidak ada jubah mandi, tidak ada layanan kamar).5.0/58 Dec 2024
