Despite their relatively tiny size, the hotel is exceptionally well maintained. Being located in the city center and only a 5-minute walk from the great independence square, it is in the ideal location. Despite their size, the rooms are clean and bright. Perfect for a place to stay in Kiev.

I can recommend it because it is not a boutique or charming hotel. Stayed in the hotel for one night. It was a bit challenging to find this hotel because google maps showed the wrong location at Maiden nezalezhnosti central square, but the hotel was on Kropovnitzkogo street. The hotel is in an old apartment building, but is located near two major metro stations, Bessarabsky Market, and 10 minutes stroll to Maiden. The rooms are simple and have comfortable beds and incredibly old and small tes. Wifi worked well. The receptionist is fast and straightforward.

My friend and I stayed here on Friday Monday and were very pleased with our stay and the service of the staff. The location is perfect for accessing shops, bars and restaurants while on a quiet side road so you can have a peaceful nights sleep. On arrival, the main entrance to the accommodation is a bit daunting due to the large metal doors. However, once inside it has a homey, independent feel. The room itself was well equipped with excellent air conditioning, a large fridge, to, a safe, tea, coffee maker, and a hairdryer. The mattresses are a bit uncomfortable and tourists should bring their own toiletries because you are only provided with a small sachet of shower gel every day. That said, the room is immaculately clean and cleaning attends daily. During our stay, we met 3 staff who were all very helpful and attentive. Despite the limited English, this was a problem. The gentleman also helped us when the toilet flush sank. There are no maps of the local area, but the wifi in the accommodation is very good. Although there is no breakfast, there is a lovely cafe a couple of doors down with great pastries and coffee. There is also a shop down the road to purchase necessities. Overall, I would love to stay here again and plan to do so soon. Definitely recommend.

I highly recommend this place to stay. I was greeted by a friendly, caring and considerate employee at the hotel. And then, the breakfast was tasty. After that, the room was so well-kept and comfortable with a lovely view of the city buildings. Subsequently, the breakfast was nice and ready for the day. Besides that, the room isn't too big, with a kettle and fridge and is very good. Subsequently, the owner was very helpful through google translate.

This is a cheap hostel, but the towels here were a bit dirty. We recommend the condo to forget about this place for 23 days or more. I also don't like to stay at this place if you just want to stay with your kids. This apartment is the same price for 2 stars with great location.

Overall we had a good stay at Centrooms. Communication before our stay was very good and an airport transfer was arranged through Centrooms which was appreciated since we were arriving in the early hours of the morning with a baby. First impressions weren't the best as it was a walk through a dark back yard to get to our block and the entrance/stairwell are very old. Once inside though, the apartment was bright, airy and clean with everything we needed for our 3 day stay. The baby cot was set up as requested.⁷ Our only complaints are that the bedroom air con didn't work and we had no cleaner until our last day. The best thing about centrooms is the location though, it honestly couldn't be better

The communication I had with Centrooms prior to my arrival was perfect - quick and clear replies each time. We booked a Deluxe 2 bedroom apartment for 5 people, each room with a queen bed and a pull-out couch in the common area (aka kitchen). Our apartment was on the ground floor, reached by walking through an alley that was slightly creepy at night but luckily had motion activated lights. The layout of the apartment had a long hallway that passed by the two rooms and ended in a small common kitchen area - a bit too small for our liking - I'd prefer a living room area where all 5 people fit comfortably. The pullout couch was not the best, not comfortable to sleep on and very noisy. The bathroom had a huge tub with a shower set up inside. Shampoo and soap were provided, wifi was available and reliable, and the kitchen contained all we needed. The price was relatively good as well. This apartment had a good location, on the southern end of the area we wanted to explore. I wouldn't stay in the same apartment again but would use Centrooms for a different apartment accommodation.

Overall a good place to stay, the apartment is nicer than you would expect based on the look of the main building inside and out. We were advised to avoid using one of the two door locks when leaving the apartment. One of my party wasn’t sure which one to avoid using and locked it. When trying to unlock the room again the key broke and struggled to get help with the issue. We had to pay a fine for breaking the key of a lock which probably shouldn’t even be on the door. One day we were provided hand towels only and the shower towels were removed. We had to wait for the next day to get these as they seemed to be short.
