Ideal position in the center, a minute walk from trolley stop University No. 9 running from the airport, and a minute walk from the main square. The fast food restaurant Puerta hate around the corner and a small supermarket just across the street. The landlady is very friendly and always smiles. Communicates only in ukrainian and russian but tries hard to understand and help. cheap ukrainianstyle breakfast available. The room was very clean, cozy, heated floor heating and had everything I needed, including slippers. The shared kitchen in the three rooms on the floor had a fridge, freezer, microwave, and ironing board. The facility has no street sign, just look for house number a and the red door. Then call the number provided in your reservation and the landlady will let you in. The first impression of the building inside the building may be a bit spooky dark and old dilapidated staircase from the soviet era, but once you get to the top floor where the mini hotel is, you find yourself in a completely different world.

Because of its strategic location, this is an excellent choice. All the major attractions are only a short distance away. And that's all you need to explore the new city. However, due to the poor cleanliness in the restroom, I didn't give it the highest rating. The luggage must also be carried on several stairs to reach your room. It doesn't have perfect acoustics isolation, however, when you reserve, you'll receive a notice indicating that loud organizations are not welcome. That's why we had no issues with sounds. However, this location definitely costs money. Because it has far more advantages than drawbacks.
