The food was good and the housekeeping service was nice. Average service from the reception area, no fruitful communication if you are already staying and want information from reception face to face, not good interaction found, they are busy with their own, intetnal personal discussion.

The hotel receives a solid four stars. Its prime location near the subway is its main advantage. The room is tidy. Everything works as it should.

The front desk employee, harshita, is exceptional. She has a great attitude and has excellent values. Her service with etiquette is outstanding. We wish her the best and hope she can be an invaluable asset to the hotel. He exudes patience and sensitivity to her job description. The breakfast time was excellent. Ivo, the serving staff member, was efficient and alert. All in all, orchid viue rocks. Our heartfelt gratitude goes to your hotel for its ethical practices!.

Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Very good location, especially for the market food and the metro which is also very close by. Mr. Ehtesham was very gentle and welcoming.

The location was excellent. Most of the staff were modest and welldressed. We had a great time during our stay. A special thanks to mr. Ehtesham for allowing us to check in early without incurring any additional fees.

The hotel staff named firoz is very kind and helpful. I visited him at 6 am and he didnt help me at all. He serves good and demanding hospitality. We have visited many hotels across the country but never met a decent and honest person like that in the future. If i get the chance, ill visit again. Thank you, see you soon.

I visited this hotel a few days ago and spent 5 nights there. The rooms were clean, the staff was polite, they provided excellent service, and the food was delicious. Particularly the restaurant on the ground floor called the royals, which serves live music and delicious food, is very good. And the restaurants staff is also very friendly. Highly recommended.

The staff at the bellboy reception, mezbeen, was very helpful and gave me an early checkin. The rooms are good, the location is good enough. Food is delicious and the staff are friendly. Housekeeping service is very good.

I want to share a wonderful experience with the lifeguard mukh. Gentlemen Guy. He was very helpful and kind. Explained rules and regulations and made us feel comfortable. Also took some great pictures for us. Thank you - Great employees make great experiences for clients like us

The swimming pool was well mentioned and the lifeguard named mubeen is the best in uae. Muben has good behavior and is an excellent life guard.
