We stayed here for 2 nights in July. Cost 200 for both nights which we thought was great value. Hotel is about 30 minutes walk to princess street. The room is clean and had everything you need. Breakfast was very good and had a good selection. Breakfast on a we start at 8.30 when we explained we had a train to catch he started breakfast a little bit earlier which we very much appreciated.

The two breakfasts that I had were excellent and covered my veggie needs. The room had everything I needed and there was parking and Wi-Fi.

I would come back to this place again. From 3108 to 0109. This is the first time my partner and I have stayed here, and we have to say that it is an incredible guesthouse. It was spotless, and the breakfast was excellent. We arrived at 14:30 and checked in right away with no issues. The room was excellent with a clean bathroom. Free parking is always a bonus in front of the hotel. The centre of Edinburgh is approx. 20 minutes walk from the guesthouse and a nice stroll up a single street.

One of the best restaurants in Edinburgh, and the proprietors are very proud. Amazing staff, cleanliness, and cuisine. Everything has been meticulously planned, and the housekeeping must have done a job of cleaning it. It's amazing to be in and so clean, fresh and refreshing. The meals were also prepared in the same spirit, everything was perfect, and you can tell when it was well prepared. They are being named hotel of the year in Edinburgh. Thank you for your visit.

A beautiful, friendly, and clean guesthouse in an excellent position! The guesthouse is a 20minute walk from the city center grass market. It is simple to take the bus directly to and from the airport. The bus stop is only a few hundred meters from the hotel. Breakfast is big and served on a lovely porch. The interior is lovely and the room was clean and tidy. Parking is available in front of the guesthouse. We had a great stay and would love to return!.
