Good value for money. No 4 stars hotel though. Expect something fair, but not 4 stars

Decent value for money, but falls short of a 4-star standard While this hotel is rated as a 4-star property, it feels more like a fair 3-star experience. That being said, it offers really good value for money, and most aspects of our stay were perfectly fine. However, there are a few areas with room for improvement. The bedrooms are a bit worn and could benefit from a light refresh. Additionally, the breakfast area gets very crowded, as it seems a bit too small for the number of guests. The braekfast is good though! We also felt that hygiene standards at breakfast could be elevated slightly, for example by making hand sanitizer more readily available. But the staff was amazing. Prospective guests should note that the walls are quite thin, so it is a good idea to keep noise levels down after 10 PM. On the positive side, the staff was incredibly helpful; when the temperature hit 35 degrees during our stay, they kindly provided us with a fan to keep cool. Lastly, please remember to bring a physical payment card, as the hotel does not accept mobile payments.

Lovely hotel only a 5 min walk to Ilford station. Room was spacious, we were provided with a fan and a fridge, and the Bathroom was always clean. Breakfast was extra but a great selection was on offer for the price - would recommend and stay here again!

State one night. Staff were really friendly. Room was a bit small but that's what you would expect in a place like this but the service and quality you couldn't fault especially for a one-night stay. Everything was clean and tidy.

Man at reception was really helpful. Helped carry out bags from car to our room and showed us in. Don't really have anything negative to say about the room. We got it real cheap and it was OK for what we paid. It was just to sleep, after a London concert and saved me driving home. Did the job. Nothing luxury but good

This spacious twin room offered a comfortable night’s sleep, though the corridor noise from people moving around all night was a bit disruptive. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, providing excellent customer service. I felt welcomed and cared for and would definitely stay again.
