This is a nice little hotel with very friendly staff, especially Conor who helped me very much. A good continental breakfast, particularly delicious fruit salad. I liked having a recording player in my room as a nice touch.

It's a nice, well-decorated hotel that mixes traditional Scottish and contemporary decor with records and vinyl in every room. There's a generous breakfast every morning with a variety of tea options. The staff was the best part of the stay. Kind, accommodating, and attentive are just a few of the words I would use. The hotel is located on a quiet street, close to all the fun restaurants and across the street from the lovely Kelvingrove park.

I recommend staying here and will return. The location of this small hotel is perfect for a hydro concert. surrounded by good restaurants, bars and shops as well as direct access to Kelvingrove Park. The parking area was easy to find and just a short drive through city streets from the hotel. There is a comfortable bed, a great shower with toiletries, an espresso machine and a record player in the room. The breakfast buffet was very good. The staff was very nice and attentive. My companion and I spent four nights here and were delighted to discover it lived up to the specifications and descriptions on the website. Our room was downstairs on the first level, so we had windows but a very slight musty smell. Overall, the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The queen size bed was very comfortable and had a feather duvet. Throughout our stay, we had numerous concierges who were absolutely lovely. They provided great conversation and tips for places to visit in glasgow and made us feel so welcome. The free breakfast included pastries, toast, fresh fruit, yogurt, meats and cheeses, boiled eggs, plenty of options for spreads and jams, and many varieties of teas and coffees. Our only complaint of the room was the clear glass door to the bathroom which was a bit awkward, the lack of a shower door that led to an everest bathroom floor, and a large chrome radiator right next to the shower entrance which was a bit of a hazard. However, there was a lot we enjoyed about our room, including the spacious Sony, stunning view out the window, complimentary netflix access, tip dispenser, facecloths, and numerous electrical outlets, including usb ports, which were nice amenities. Although it was a little strange initially, the shower mechanism was extremely convenient and requiring a tutorial from one of the concierges. In general,

The service at this hotel is good, especially for students at the University of glasgow. This place has a strategic location. I also like the staff who helped us make our stay very enjoyable. And then, the breakfast here was also really delicious. After that, the friendliness from the employees was really kind and welcoming. Subsequently, they are very kind and helpful. Afterward, because I was travelling alone, I appreciate all the conversation we had each day.
