Ideal for a one night stay. Rooms a bit tired but the staff were all nice and rooms clean. Shower not very powerful. Ok for a 3 star hotel

5* from A to Z. Friendly professional receptionist. Great attitude, oriented to the customer. Clean rooms and free of oddors. Nice bead and room including the toilet. A little bit cold for my own taste definitely not so cold as to botter me in any way. I guess if I was looking was a thermostat on the radiator. Clean hotel with a large free carpark. (As improvement few lights in the carpark will made a big difference for safety of the customer cars and goods ) . Thank you very much for the acoomodation and I will look into booking this hotel again in the future. PS : A bar is also available in the premises for whomever is interested in having few beers. (Was not my case this time but is good to know).

It was a great experience the staff was really friendly. I arrived at 2 am from a later flight and even after they closed I called the number on the door and one of the workers still came down and helped me out while being in good spirits. Overall great experience. The bed was so comfortable and I love the character of the building. I’d come back forsure

Bed was a bit uncomfortable as it was well worn out, or some dinasaur used it before me. Beer is well expensive but and here is the good point, the food is excellent. One poit to make breakfast is NOT available.

Pleasant enough stay. Decor is a bit dated/jaded in places but nothing too off putting. Staff were friendly, and was very handy for our purpose - watching the band that was playing there that night.

•Fantastic staff - extremely helpful, and provided excellent service, both on reception and in the bar/restaurant. •Great food - Breakfast was lovely, and The steak we had in the evening was amazing. •The hotel had very good cleanliness in the rooms and throughout the communal areas. •There was plenty of stuff to do in the local area, loads of nice walks to go on, we visited pooh corner and the llama park which were both within 3 miles of the hotel and easily accessible by car or bus, and was extremely enjoyable. •Only issues that I found during the stay was the double bed was a bit small and soft for me, but being 6'4" I prefer King-size bed for extra length, so not necessarily a down point for some, also the shower was boiling and could not adjust it to a reasonable temperature, the Staff member on reception, managed to adjust the temperature, but it still remained pretty hot and uncomfortable. Overall, we would definitely stay again and recommend to friends, we had a great stay.

Great staff and live music on Saturday night made this a memorable stay. Our room was in the original part of the building and was full of character. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. Good car park at the rear.

Good experience - stayed overnight as attending a local wedding. Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and well kept. It was very olde worlde {lots of character) but didn't appear dated although the bath had seen better days. Breakfast was cooked to order and was plentiful. Guests helped themselves to cereal ,toast and juices.A very comfortable stay.
