There building was very secure and welcoming. Check-in was quick and easy. A lift was available for taking our luggage up, which was great. The apartment was clean and had everything you could need. We made use of the free laundry, which was a nice bonus. The location is great, close to the Earls Court station. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a really good place to stay. The reception staff were polite and attentive. The room itself was fine. I had to ask for a kettle. They brought one immediately up and were very apologetic. The air-conditioning was great because it is an older building and these are usually without air-conditioning. Nice shower. Well worth what I paid.

Well located, just around the corner from Earl's Court Tube Station, the room was comfortable, a reasonable size, well appointed with a kitchenette and importantly, a fridge, which is rare for English hotels. A great choice for a week in London. Highly recommended.

Our room was on the second floor with a Westerly aspect. Nice to have sun in the afternoon. The kitchen is ideal w microwave l, a 2 plate ceramic cooktop, toaster, electric kettle, good size underbench fridge, marble benchtop and stainless sink. Excellent heating system for the 3 deg C night to 11deg C day temps. For us the numeric coded front snd room door locks were ideal … no ieys to coordinate between partners and nothing to lose

We loved staying at Cleveland Residences. We were treated very well by the hosts, and the location is excellent. When we arrived we were jet lagged, and they looked after our luggage for us until our room was ready. When we arrived back later they had already put our luggage in our room for us. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there the next time we are in London.

Renovierte Unterkunft. Sauber und in einem Wohnviertel deshalb ruhiger als erwartet. 10 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahn-Station. Das Apartment war perfekt für uns vier. Handtücher und Bettwäsche stehen zur Verfügung. War ein schöner Aufenthalt. Zur Info man muss eine Kaution beim Checkin hinterlegen.
