We enjoyed our stay in room 12. It is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The temperature of the room was perfect, and the bed was quite comfortable. We really appreciated the little extras, such as fresh milk for tea and plentiful refills of teacoffee. Also, having wine glasses and a corkscrew available was a thoughtful addition. It was great to be able to enter with the key safe without bother. The location was ideal, with breathtaking views from the window, but it was in the middle of town. Communication was excellent. Thank you very much!.

In the heart of Betwsycoed is an excellent location. I liked the adroit and accommodating owners when I left my lunch there and had to return later! Parking close by can be a challenge when the village is busy if you cannot get up the street to the church, but the hotel parking next door is cheap overnight and you can pay in advance. There are good facilities for making tea and coffee, a comfortable room, and a handy fridge for your own supplies. Books in the room and on the landing, lots of sanitizer and wipes, and guidelines for breakfast, clear, good selection for breakfast and well-cooked. Incredibly returning. Good wifi.

I would highly recommend this guest house. This guest house is located in the heart of the city, where the hotel is very clean and well-equipped. This hotel is very comfortable and clean. We experienced a difficult time staying away during the pandemic, but the Fairhaven has fixed everything from check-in to departure. If things get better, we'll come back soon. The parking area was not available. However, we found free parking nearby during the busiest holiday period so it was not a problem.

Definitely highly advised! Very pleasant location to stay when visiting one of the most popular villages in Snowdonia. Located in the center of the village, close to bus stops, railway stations, restaurants, small supermarket and a delicious local bakery round the corner. Led by a wonderful couple who prepare great home-made breakfasts using regional welsh produce, so you can train for the entire day. The hosts were helpful with an early check-in and they also offered to store your luggage safely. The room and bathroom were absolutely clean. The selection of drinks was positively surprising, and the backyard garden seemed a calm place to relax after daily trips.

The room was basic but clean and a great location. There is no parking and it did take about an hour to find parking which was 24 hours. It was a Bank Holiday though so it was busy. The walls were not sound proof so we could hear other people coming and going and playing loud music from their rooms and that made it hard to sleep properly.

The place is in a prime location, clean and has everything you could possibly need. I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable, and I had a nice sleep. It was wonderful to be able to help yourself to tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits. The cooked breakfast was also delicious. My only criticism is that the curtains are quite thin and do little to block out the early hours, but since I always wear sleep masks, I didn't have a problem with this. The back of the apartment has a small garden that would be a great spot to sit and relax.
