We would stay here again and probably will. It contains everything we required. Continental breakfast includes whole loaf, 2 pints milk, individual cereal boxes, butter, jam, marmalade, tea, coffee, orange juice. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower was good. The only problem we found was that the comb boiler kept clicking all night long very loudly. No traffic noise from the main road. Lots of parking and easy to find.

The cleanliness of the place and chalet was great. The bed was only a problem, there were lumpy sheets and pillows that needed to be replaced. There was plenty of breakfast products. Location is good for a visiting area. Hastings and Rye can be visited easily. Even though the location is near the main road it's still very peaceful.

I chose this location as the rooms were self-contained making social distancing simple. The room was bigger than anticipated and had an upstairs! The room was very clean, with a generous selection of breakfast items in the large fridge, plenty of tea and coffee, and even a 2 pint bottle of fresh milk. Check in was fast, efficient and secure with both of us wearing masks and maintaining distance. In extremely challenging circumstances, these guys do a fantastic job and will certainly benefit from my business in the future. Excellent job, I.

I stayed here for one night and brought my three small children. It is spotless, comfortable, well-equipped, and in a fantastic location. Nearby main road with a ton to do. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful and suggested a pub for dinner, the brown trout, a local pub, the girls were lovely and attentive, and the food was excellent and fresh! It was later than usual, and with three hungry children, we needed to eat quickly, and we didn't have to wait long for our meal! We were really impressed, and the drive took around a minute. Breakfast was a loaf of bread, two pints of milk, a carton of juice, and butters jams. Just what we needed for the kids in the morning! Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, milk portions, biscuits were on the side, with a kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, and a full kitchen sink. We could comfortably stayed a week! Great dining table and bathroom with an impressively sized table. Without a doubt, we'll return and advise!.
