A slightly bumpy start as no towels in the room and the safe was locked. All sorted out very quickly after we arrived though. Staff could not have been more helpful when we reported the problem. You feel well looked after. Lovely room, well appointed, with a great view east towards the port, and well located for situated for getting about, just five minutes walk from City Hall and shopping areas and 20 minutes walk from Ormeau Park (where I was off to see the Cure the first night we were there) and port if you want to check out the Titanic exhibitions etc. Some great restaurants within a few minutes walk (the Shed Grill and Seafood restaurant around the corner does a great roast dinner) and the top floor restaurant and bar have great views across the city. Room service food on the pricey side but that is perhaps to be expected.

We had a rental car and booked the on site valet parking to make the experience more convenient. A bit $$ but was very smooth. The doorman with top hat was super helpful unloading and helping us get our luggage to our room. This kind gentleman gave us suggestions for food and local experiences in the area. Kudos to him! He was very helpful!

From the moment we stepped into reception we were impressed by the grandeur of the hotel. We were welcomed by the Concierge and directed to Reception where we were assisted by a lovely Irish young lady. From start to finish all the staff made us feel like nothing was too much trouble. Our room was luxurious and immaculate, serviced daily. Breakfasts were delicious. We ate in the restaurant in the evening which offered a variety of delights. The bars were beautifully appointed and the Observatory a must see. We can't wait to visit again.

I loved this hotel and would definitely return! The staff couldn’t be nicer & more helpful. The rooms are beautiful & comfortable and a great value. The location is convenient. The rooftop bar has great views of Belfast. The only drawback was the elevators are being worked on, so they were slow and some large tour groups stay there, so breakfast was very crowded. But the staff did a great job accommodating us and the Irish porridge was delicious.

Hotel was lovely & staff were very friendly. Only problem was the length of time it took to get the lift! We wanted to go to the Observatory bar but waited 22 minutes on the lift, as one was reserved for priority guests & the other was a service lift. Also took quite a while to get a drink at the Observatory bar.

Very central to everything in Belfast. Rooms are very clean, large and the beds are extremely comfortable. Staff are friendly and professional. No mini bar but that wasn’t a problem for us. Tea and coffee facilities, hairdryer, iron and ironing board. Espa toiletries. Definitely a luxurious experience. Would highly recommend.
