The hotel was well located, on the Clyde River and close to the city center. Dylan was extremely helpful and friendly behind the front desk. He helped solve a couple of issues doe to delayed luggage, and gave us some terrific dining recommendations. Very friendly and engaging.

The staff were so kind and helpful. The hotel was quite comfortable and the breakfast was hearty. At the end of the hallway on each floor there are glass balconies where you have a 180 degree view of the River Clyde and the city. Wonderful place!!!

We enjoyed our 2-night stay very much! The staff was welcoming and helpful - they were attentive and patient every time we needed some help. They recommended a restaurant (per our request) within walking distance and it turned out really good. The hotel building looks great and is in a convenient location. There is no on-site parking but the NCP King Street car park across the street is available and easy. You pay the hotel front desk for car park at a discounted rate. You can use your car freely during the paid period. Our room was clean and of good size. It provided the space and furniture for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was good, too. We are quite happy with our experience. Besides, don't miss the view at the end of the hall way!

This Holiday Inn is an absolute gem! It is a very modern building and the facilities are excellent. The location adjacent to the River is perfect. The breakfasts were excellent. The staff first rate. The value was unequalled. What a nice, friendly, unpretentious, happy place to stay when visiting Glasgow!

This a great hotel. Conveniently placed between Glasgow Queen Street or Central Rail Station, about a 15 minute walk. Max and Kelly on Reception were welcoming and friendly. Great room with clean and comfy beds. Great walk-in shower, clean public areas and lifts. You need to use your room key to access the main bedroom , which gives you added security. Breakfast was good, we didn't eat at night because there is a fabulous Indian restaurant right next door. The hotel has a facility to call a taxi via a button on the desk, which was great if you have luggage etc. Taxi took about 5mins to arrive and took us to the station. The hotel is right by the River Clyde and near to the St Enoch Shopping Centre. I would definitely recommend staying here. The staff couldn't do enough to help and were keen to make sure your stay was a good one. Thanks to Max for making us so welcome.

Great that hotel provides microwave in common area. And no strange smell in room this time. Last time I used holiday inn express Manchester, the room has very strong artificial air refresher smell that come out automatically from machine.
