The hotel is absolutely gorgeous and spotless. We had a beautiful view of the ocean from our room, which was very spacious. The bed was quite comfortable and the rooms seemed to be sound-proof because it was so quiet and relaxing. Livermead beach is located across the street; the beach is beautiful, but the sand disappears at high tide, so be sure to plan your beach day around this. We also loved the stunning views from the rooftop terrace bar. We would love to return to Torquay and stay here again!

Newly built hotel with modern very clean design. Rooms with sea view have a spectacular view. Great location on bus route around Torbay. Breakfast and dinner of good standard. Staff are very efficient, attentive and pleasant. One thing to note is the £15 per day car parking fee.

The weather was amazing. Couldn’t get over how clean the room was. Lovely walk in shower All non slip floors. The most comfortable bed we have ever slept in whilst being away. Also sea view made it perfect. Good choice of breakfast hot or cold All in all we would not hesitate to recommend or stay again ourselves!

Loved the location directly opposite Livermead beach. Beautifully presented hotel. Enjoyed sipping drinks at the roof top terrace watching the sunset. Delicious breakfast and very comfortable bed, made for a fabulous stay. Would definitely recommend to others looking to visit Torbay and the English Riveria.

Fantastic location, super helpful staff and actually a well equipped gym for the size - perfect for businesss and leisure alike. I never understand large busy chains that insist on menus over buffets but thats personal preference. Overall a great experience

Lovely new hotel. Bedroom with beautiful sea view and complimentary nice touches. A small table and chair by window would have been good and curtains let a lot of daylight in early morning but otherwise room was spot on. Disappointed that roof top bar wasn't open for majority of my stay and when it was open, it wasn't serving the food advertised on menu. Service in restaurant a bit slow and confusing around whether bar or table service and whether food available outside or not. Need more staff behind bar at peak times. Not ideal when wine arrives after you've finished food but bar staff clearly juggling table orders and walk up customers. All small things that are easily fixed and I'd stay again as hotel itself is beautiful.

Beautiful hotel. The room was fantastic very modern. For a standard room it had everything you would need and also a decent size room. The complimentary items they provide are also a very nice touch

This was the most amazing trip away we go to Torquay most years for our wedding anniversary and decided to stay here . The views and inside and outside space is truly wonderful and a real bonus . The food was delicious we had a lunchtime snack and breakfast . Staff were phenomenal the best we have ever had friendly and helpful and also made some lovely touches such as petals on our bed and a message on our mirror . We also had a fruit platter brought out to us during our stay . Nothing was too much bother . The bedroom were lovely we had a sea view and lots of space and tea and coffee facilities plus biscuits and other bits in the fridge . Would definitely recommend

Great hotel. Beautiful room with a gorgeous view of the sea! Plus the hotel is situated right in the middle of Torquay — very good especially if you have plans to explore. Definitely looking forward to coming back.

Newish hotel, very clean, staff very helpful. No access to rooftop terrace due to private event. Food good and reasonable price. Bedroom doors very heavy to open. Dogs accepted and allowed to fight and bark in the restaurant area.

From the moment we entered the Hotel Indigo Torquay, we knew that our money was very-well spent. The staff, especially Isabelle at the front desk and Jackie in the breakfast room, were over-the-top in service and helpfulness. Every staff member, including the hotel manager, treated us in a friendly personal manner with a very high degree of professionalism. The view from our large super comfortable room was picturesque, overlooking a rocky cove on the English Channel. The breakfast was well-prepared and sumptuous, a served hot meal and a buffet of fruit, cheese, bread (including our favorite, croissants), cereal, yogurt and pastries. We had two very good dinners in their restaurant on nights we did not feel like going out. I would very highly recommend this hotel.
