The hotel is nice and has free parking, but its not in the city center so i took a bus it took 15 minutes to get there which was fine for us.

The accommodation was basic and clean, but nothing particularly upscale or modern. The hotel has a gym, pool, and sauna which is free for hotel guests which was nice. Bar and dining area was clean and tastier considering what was being offered (which was nothing special). Buses are not too far away but allow ok travel time to get anywhere of significance. Main strip of shops and restaurants is able to walk for 30 to 45 minutes or about 10-15 minutes by bus and has some decent places to eat but again nothing exceptional. Compared to staying anywhere closer to the city of edinburgh, this place is much cheaper, so if you want to save money on lodging and are happy to deal with the extra travel times, i recommend the leonardo hotel in elseyside. Otherwise, otherwise unless youre looking for more of an opulent hotel or ideally located hotel, maybe this one might not be for you.

Sadly, due to time constraints, we were unable to use all of the amenities. However, the welcome we received was refreshing, courteous, and extremely helpful. The woman called us when she arrived after ordering us a taxi while we went to our room to freshen up. It had incredibly comfortable beds and excellent washing facilities, which i have never seen in tattered condition. They also cooked me supper with veggie sausages upon request, making breakfast fast very satisfying. I would definitely use it again.

The rooms are satisfactory. Although the price is lower than expected, it remains quite expensive. However, ndifor and olives front desk staff are excellent problemsolvers. Extremely helpful and quickly resolved an online booking issue that was not their fault, they promptly fixed it for me. While we were at the front counter, several other visitors required assistance, and they received the same attentive service.

The location was quite good. It was simple to get here from the airport. The food was also ok. This is where the nice part ends. On the last night of our stay, there was a wedding. When we asked the receptionist how long the wedding would be going on at around 9.30 pm, she looked at me with an emotionless expression and said, Oh, till 1 am. Our flight was early in the morning. We had to leave at 3 am because until that moment we had no complaints. She answered me and my friends because up until this point we were not informed about the event either, so we werent prepared for it. To cancel out the noise, we didnt have the opportunity to purchase earplugs. However, he worked with the front desk, who was touched by our situation and at least closed the door that connected our room to the party so that we could hear less noise. There weren't just those who were upset with what happened. A young family with id been traveling with children was really disturbed. They also attempted to talk to her, but from their defeated faces, it was useless.

The entrance was lovely and spacious. The front desk staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We had a threeperson room, which was enormous, with three single beds, id like to see if the bathroom was large enough, and there was an excellent shower. Breakfast was good, as was the entire motel, very clean. Unfortunately, the window didnt open all the way, only about 2 cm, apparently for our safety. Although the location was nice, it was noisy and close to an airport.

The gym facilities were outdated and quite shabby. And then, the room was spacious with a nice view. After that, they provide customer service. Subsequently, there is onsite laundry.

The hotel and rooms are excellent. The only drawback is that the location is a half mile from the tv, but overall it is fantastic. Although not particularly good for me, the breakfast is decent. However, i find it to be acceptable for my tastes. They prepare some dishes differently, however, overall, it offers good food at the hotel, and guests can enjoy free use of the pool while visiting if their visit is somewhat remote from local attractions.

A wonderful hotel with very friendly staff who couldnt do more for us. They are such lovely people and very helpful. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk to the city center. It takes about 20 minutes. Bus to airport takes around 20 hours. Food was delicious. Breakfast was great. Room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Great selection of channels on the tv.

This place is pricey. The location is far from the city center, so a taxi will cost you around 20 quid. But the staff are very nice and the breakfast is delicious. Unfortunately the pool and coffee machine are out of operation, which is disappointing. Its quite noisy too, you can hear the above floors and doors slamming.

I cant express how much we enjoyed our stay and experience. Ana at the front desk was a great help and very kind. The hotel room was lovely, i loved it so much that ive booked reschedule to inverness. Everyone in the restaurant was also very nice. Food was delicious!.

The hotel was conveniently located for easy access to edinburg city, the bus stop was just off the main road and only took 30 minutes to get to princess street. We had an amazing 5 days at this hotel, and the staff, especially maria and ana, were exceptional, very professional, extremely welcoming, all around amazing people. They made our stay very special, we will be back very soon!.

I went there with a friend last year but didnt have time to write i review. It wasnt the best on the outside, but boy, the inside looked luxurious. Staff were quick to check us in and we could see staff being very friendly to young children while parents were being checked in. My room was decent, not the greatest but average. Clean and good essentials are provided. I like buffets and that breakfast was delicious! Unfortunately not much to choose from. There is gm and pool included. Due to the short hotel stay, ive only dipped in the pool for 30 minutes. The changing rooms looked modern in one area, while the other looked dated. Pool temperature is perfect! At night its the ideal time of year! The lights come on and it feels magical. Not much people go there at night so it is pretty private! Beautiful decor, facilities and staff. Recommended!.

The price is a bit expensive, but the experience is worth it. And then, the dining area has incredibly beautiful views. After that, even though its quite far from the city center, you will find bus stops nearby. Subsequently, this place is close to the airport.

My family had a great time here. We loved the restaurant! The server, charlie, was excellent, and the front desk employee, babu shahu, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Oliver was also fantastic, very kind.

The leonardo hotel is situated on the outskirts of edinburg, about 20 minutes from the airport. It is a very spacious hotel with function rooms and dinning rooms that are bright and airy. The bedrooms are large and have space for all your toiletries etc. Beds are comfortable and good value for money. Staff are very friendly, it is only tastier to drive from city center hustle and bustle of Edinburgh. If you want to visit it, the no 26 bus passes through the heart of the city, which is very handy.

Absolutely fantastic. The choir in the burgess room was amazing and undoubtedly the highlight of my stay, but the two complimentary drink tokens upon arrival were also very welcome. Will stay again.

The following mornings breakfast was excellent. After, we made use of the steam room, sauna, and pool. Later on, a fantastic location to unwind and unplug.

The bed was wonderful, and the bathroom was small but clean. It was absurd to have to carry our own bags up the stairs. There is no customer service.
