Friendly welcome, allowed to check in early to leave cases before room was ready. Our room was very nice, very comfy beds, extremely clean including the bathroom and shower which was great! Breakfast was good, sufficient for our needs. Only gripe we had was, staying during the hottest days of the year so far, the aircon hadn't been serviced so the room was very warm! And we checked out the day it was serviced and usable. But, we still enjoyed our stay and will definitely book to stay again. It's in an ideal location near Paddington station and Hyde Park, plenty of lovely restaurants and cafes near the hotel. We would recommend Angus Steak House opposite Paddington Station entrance. Absolutely delicious steak and great service!

a cozy, tiny single room with all comfort you need as single person. Very close to Paddington station, the tubes, supermarkets, Restaurants, Hyde Park. Kensington Gardens. All very walkable. Enjoyes it very much. Even a lift was installed for the upper rooms. I will return.

Location was great - The hotel was close to Paddington Station. The Hop on Hop off bus stop for the Big Bus and Toots was really close. There were several restaurants close by as well. Staff - staff was very helpful. Room - small (we knew that going in). Beds were comfortable, water pressure good, Has elevator. Would stay there again.

If want to stay at a lovely clean hotel with friendly staff and amazing breakfast this is the place. I stayed there for 2 night and for the price wow. I will definitely be back. And a stone throw away from Hyde Park (10 min walk).

Spotlessly clean room in a great location at a super price! The front desk staff are courteous, friendly, and helpful! I’d forgotten my charger, the gentleman at the front desk kindly looked up a spot to get one and directed me there so clearly. On top of that, it’s right by Hyde Park (where you can ride horses at Hyde Park Stables- a bonus for horse people like me!) and Paddington station, so there’s plenty to do on your doorstep and easy connection to the rest of the city. This is my new go-to home base in London!

Super schönes gemütliches Zimmer, klein, aber fein und vor allem sehr, sehr sauber. Wir hatten Zimmer nach hinten raus und es war somit auch sehr leise. Die Betten sind bequem, die Bettdecken tatsächlich interessant, aber warm und sauber. Der Frühstücksraum ist tatsächlich im Keller und das Frühstück in Ordnung und ausreichend. Sehr nettes Personal und auch Flure, Frühstücksraum, etc. alles sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet. Von der Paddington Station sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß und zu jeder Tageszeit ohne Probleme. Ein rundum gelungener Kurztrip.
