Arrived at hotel, was made to feel welcome from the start. Checked in and was shown straight to room and told about facilities. Nice big size triple suite room and nice bathroom with shower. Hotel situated close to Kelpies and Falkirk wheel both about 10-15 mins away. Nice cooked breakfast and coffee. Definitely would stay here again.

Rooms were clean and nice hot shower. Food was excellent, great breakfast. Staff was very friendly and obliging. Only problem was stairs to rooms (spiral staircase and hard for old folk to traverse.) On the whole a great place at a reasonable price

A very friendly welcome from Mark. He took our bags and sat us down with a drink as we were two weary pensioner cyclists. He changed our room to a room further along the corridor that was more spacious and further away from noise from a private function. He was very attentive to our needs and made our stay very welcoming

Staff and food were excellent. Great bar, dinner and breakfast. Windows on room were double glazed but made no difference regards traffic noise whether open or closed. Busy road with traffic throughout the night.

The hotel is very adequate for an overnight stay. Tea/coffee was abundant and the bed very cosy. Window slightly damaged allowing cold air in but radiators lovely and hot. Our only negative point was housekeeping knocking on the door at 8 on Saturday morning, we were checking out at 11 so this was not necessary and a bit annoying. Overall a lovely budget stay.

ファルカーク・ホイールを見に行くために宿泊。駅から近く、便利なホテル。おおむね快適、特に問題がない。通りに面しているので、通行する車の騒音を気にする人は、気になるかもしれない。サイトの写真は派手な装飾がしてあり、一体どんなホテルかと思ったが、平日に泊まった限りではごくまっとうな食堂兼ホテルだった。駅周辺にはかなり大きなスーパーマーケット、ショッピングセンターが複数あり、朝7時ごろから10時過ぎまでやっているので、買い物には不自由しない。

It was a very enjoyable trip the hotel was well situated for shopping pubs restuarants and the local atractions such as the falkirk wheel canal walks and the helix the kelpies calander estate dollar park etc. The town is also a good base for exploring further afield with two rail stations with excellent regular services to edinburgh glasgow stirling callender perth pitlochrie and inverness the hotel was very good with a good liveley bar and bistro with entertainment at weekends and quiz night on thursday and well frequented by locals it also had a restuarant which was reasonably priced with quite a good menu selection friendly efficient staff all in all a very enjoyable trip

Great little hotel, it's above a pub so tad noisy, but few beers help you sleep. Parking at rear, ideal location,room good, shower perfect, beautiful breakfast, excellent value. Will stay again...
