Stayed for one night. Cheap and cheerful for what we needed. Other than the shower leaking all over the bathroom floor everything was fine. Bed was comfy and it’s a convenient location for the city and the Airlink/transport system

Dürüst olmak gerekirse, otel kesinlikle harika ve tramvay durağına, Dean köyüne, Princess Caddesi'ne ve Edinburgh Kalesi'ne çok yakın. Otel personeli, özellikle resepsiyondaki Muhammed bey , ülke ve turistik yerler hakkında tavsiyelerde bulunarak ve soruları yanıtlayarak inanılmaz derecede yardımcı oluyor. Otel, konum, temizlik, yataklar açısından mükemmel ve mutfak, konukların ihtiyaç duyduğu her şeyle tam donanımlı. Konaklamamızdan son derece keyif aldık ve herkese teşekkür ederiz.

Definitely could’ve been cleaner, the bed was sloppily made and there was trash from the previous person left in our cubicle. The floors and the cubicle could noticeably use a vacuuming. That aside, the staff were wonderful and the building was quite nice. The location is good too.

Je suis conscient que c'est un tarif très compétitif vu l'emplacement et que je ne peux pas attendre le même niveau de service que pour un hôtel classique. Néanmoins, le dortoir japonais est très mal insonorisé (on pourrait dormir fenêtre ouverte que ça ne changerait rien). Ensuite, un employé de l'hôtel a conduit un hôte à notre dortoir en pleine nuit noire... en parlant tout fort tranquillement comme s'il était midi. Enfin, et c'est le point noir : sur les 4 jours où nous sommes restés, pas une fois un service de ménage n'a été assuré dans le dortoir. Nous avons retrouvé les déchets de backpackers précédents et qui étaient toujours là quand nous sommes partis, idem pour un pansement et des morceaux de papier qui trainaient au sol. Le ménage était fait sommairement dans les sanitaires et salle de bain mais avec un évier de lavabo qui est resté à moitié bouché tout le séjour (alors qu'en quelques coups de ventouse le problème aurait été réglé). Dommage car l'emplacement est idéal, le personnel aimable, le prix imbattable.

Wir hatten zwei Nächte im Revolver gebucht. Bei Anreise (immerhin nach 16 Uhr) war das Zimmer nicht gereinigt. Wir mussten erstmal darauf hinweisen. Der Kollege an der Rezeption/ Bar hat sich gleich gekümmert (er kann sicher am wenigsten dafür) und auf Nachfrage haben wir zumindest mal ein Freigetränk für die Wartezeit bekommen. Das war aber auch das einzig Positive. Der Müll wurde geleert, die benutzen Handtücher kamen weg. Ob das Bett wirklich frisch bezogen wurde kann man nur mutmaßen, so zerknittert wie alles war. Gereinigt wurde das Zimmer weder an diesem, noch am nächsten Tag. Das Zimmer war im Dachgeschoss ohne Klima und die Fenster ließen sich (aus Sicherheitsgründen) nur einen Spalt öffnen. Es war also mollig warm. Duschen am Morgen war auch nicht wirklich möglich, warmes Wasser gab es auch nach längerem Laufen lassen nicht. Am Waschbecken war so ein automatischer Wasserhahn verbaut, wie auf ner öffentlichen Toilette, auch völlig unpraktisch und sporadisch hat er gar nicht funktioniert. Am Ende mein Fehler, da ich zu spät gebucht hatte und kaum noch was Preiswerteres zu finden war, aber über 300€ für zwei Nächte ist dann trotzdem Wucher.

Hotelværelset var ret tilgængeligt, tæt på centrum, men badeværelserne var ikke særlig rene, og bruserne var de samme, sengene blev ikke rengjort, og lagnerne blev heller ikke skiftet under vores ophold på hotellet, vi vågnede med mærker fra bid på ryggen og benene.
