I have been coming here a few times. The bed here was very comfortable. The cleanliness of the apartment was also good. And then they provide all the amenities you need at the apartment.

Overall a 4-star establishment in a great location. Waterloo underground is less than one minute away, and Waterloo rail station is five minutes away. A larger supermarket, iceland on lower marsh street, is 4 minutes away on a small street close to the structure. The property lacks parking, but there are both short and long-term parking available nearby. Just to point out, Waterloo is in a busy area. As a result, do not anticipate that it will be a quiet location both during the day and at night. The area and the apartment itself are safe and secure. An apartment rental company is 7 minutes away on upper marsh street, and on the days, there are several food stands on lower marsh street. No apartment name is indicated on the notice. If you use a taxi to drop you off, simply notify them of your location and the time, 23 days before your arrival. You must simply complete the instruction. It is quick and straightforward. Check out is even more easy. Since this is an apartment not a hotel, you cannot anticipate the same assistance. However, if you have emailed them, they are often responsive. Then, on the day of our departure, we used the car service that the host suggested, the guy was a little late and the housekeeping lady was like you have to go. She replied wait outside, it was raining and cold, wait outside with 2 kids in the cold. Thank you, lady It may be a bit tricky at first to enter the property, but youll get used to it. It would love to stay at this property again, but only if the housekeeping staff was changed or taught some manners and empathy. I put off writing the review for a few months because I thought I would calm down and forget what happened. However, I should inform others. Let me not get me wrong, the owner is wonderful, the property is amazing, and the flat was stunning. However, the downside is. In London in chilly march, my daughter was denied a blanket. You cant have a blanket for a child, the cleaning woman told us, but the housekeeping woman told us. We said no, there would be an additional fee for a blanket and a pillow. We said okay no, but she wouldn't give us a blanket. I was called by the host at which point I requested a blanket, but she responded, but I was still without a blanket.

Excellent place, we will return. Excellent location with nearby amenities. Nearby a subway station and train station. Sainsbury's and a small school across the street. Deliverers quickly found the flat. Three doors away, a dog. I stayed in flat 9, a lovely, roomy apartment with two bedrooms and ample living space. Our bedroom had beautiful assurance, as well as a primary bathroom. Equally impressive. Blackout blinds in the bedrooms performed admirably. Both the primary living space and the bedroom had access to the private balcony, which was lovely because it was hot summer meant I could leave the balcony doors open to cool off. The balcony is difficult to observe in the images, but it is private and a positive drawback. The apartment is lovelyly furnished and wellappointed. Kitchen of high quality and necessities to make your home away from home. A large fridgefreezer, dishwasher, and washing machine were available. Tea bags, coffee pods, bin liners, tea towels, bath towels, toilet paper, and other tiny amenities were provided. The whole arrangement is excellent. Key lockable entry, key safe, security fob to enter and exit, and building has a lift. The electronic tablet close to being very useful, use it to check in, give useful advice on the bin store, how to use the coffee maker, etc. WiFi is both free and good. We remained for three nights and enjoyed

A security deposit of GBP 500 is required on the day of check-in. The Security Deposit will be pre-authorised on your credit or debit card and will be released on the day of check-out once the status of the apartment has been confirmed. For last-minute reservations the property may ask for a security deposit of GBP 750.
Guests are responsible for their visitors and non-residents will not be allowed access to the apartments after 11:00 PM.
Luggage storage before check-in/after check-out is not available.
The guest is liable for any damages made to the property by themselves during their stay, and will be charged for damages if necessary.
The Stayo Team is currently available Monday to Friday between 09:00 AM and 06:00 PM, and Saturday and Sunday between 09:00 AM and 05:00 PM
